Hands down one of the best Harley Davidson stores we have ever been to in our lives! We went there while we were on our mini honeymoon on our way to Wisconsin on the bike! As soon as we walked we were greeted by a wonderful woman! She let us look around and didnt hassle us what so ever bit made sure she was in reach when we had a question or wanted to try on something! Helped my wife to find somethings she was looking for and tried her best to fill the need! Looked at some bikes and then paid for our purchase! We got to the bike when I forgot I wanted something to hold my phone to plug into the speakers! The lady that helped us before let me take this iPod holder to see if my phone would fit in it which it did before buying it! This place is 2 stories and huge with a lot of space and not crampt like other Harley stores! Their customer service is unbelievable and other dealerships need to take notice and take after what they do! A day after we were there found out about there 6ft rule to sales people we dont get that at our dealership let us customers look around but still check in from time to time ours has their employees almost on top of us! This place made us feel like family and when some of the sales staff found out we just got married and on our honeymoon they gave is best wishes and even told us some places to check on the way to New Glarus to make it more enjoyable as well as scenic!!! Kick ass place with a stellar staff!!!

Everybody here at McGrath Dubuque Harley-Davidson is awesome!!! I just purchased a new breakout and I received the royal treatment from Charles, Chris, Dan and Jeremy. They all worked extremely hard to get me comfortable with my purchase! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer, even though Im a couple hours away! Once again thanks to everyone who helped me purchase my beautiful dream bike! Oh yeah one more thing, I rated them 5 stars but it should be 20 stars! Thats how awesome these guys are! I appreciate everyone!

They went belly up once and will do it again. My father bought me a very. Expensive jacket from harley with a five year waranty. The sales person told him how whatever happens theyll fix it. Zipper pull broke on the jacket wich seems to be a regular problem with these jackets. The sad stupid people at dubuque harley davidson refused to fix my jacket. After they carefully thought about it for a couple of weeks they desided it would be easier to just not to fix it. I have ducati now. No more harley

Last year wife and I were on a weekend getaway in Bellevue Iowa. Stopped in for an open house they were having. We took a few bikes out for a demo ride. Two hours later we had bought a new bike. From Steve our salesman (no longer there) to bike delivery everything went smoothly.

Was told one price, then they charged me three times as much when I picked up my bike. They did not follow up with anything. I had to call them several times to get this done. Very poor experience will never ever return .

The remodel is awesome! Great friendly staff and they remembered be. I live 100 miles from this dealership and only been in one time before today. Great selection of t-shirts. Awesome bikes!

This is a nice clean harley shop with lots of space. They have lots of clothes i havent seen in my local hd shop. I only gave it 4☆s because its not easy to see from the road.
