I placed an order for a starter over the phone specifically for a 90r viper Eton. they were having a hard time locating the part, so i asked them to look into my previous orders to see if the part # may be in the history. They found a starter in my previous history so we both figured that was it. when the starter came in (which was over $100 ) they were about to close so i didnt get a chance to open it to make sure it was the right one. The starter end up not being the right starter, instead it was for one of our other little four wheelers. i called back up to the store when they opened on Tuesday to hopefully be able to return the starter or at least swap it out. They basically said it was my fault and they couldnt do anything about it. i usually always have a good experience with the people up there, but after this i will have a hard time going back, and or recommending them

“I stopped in on Saturday to pick up some fork oil both ladies at the parts counter were very friendly and helpful. Stopped at the service department in for a estimate they took the time to discuss my riding style and help me choose the right parts for me I appreciate that. Would like to see a better selection of full face street helmets from different manufactures. I was in February so may have been winter stock, but most people start thinking about riding about then and use income tax for a new lid. ”

Great, I called several dealerships in the area that state they work on all makes and models. That was false. I called lincoln powersports and they not only are able to work on my hyosung, but they got me in the same day and are going to work on it asap. This is a great company with great employees, I was at a lose until these guys saved the day. They will do anything to earn your business and they are reasonable on their pricing. I am now a customer for life.
