I never write reviews but am going to due to the exceptional customer service. Brent is a truly a great guy. I had spoken with him briefly about my husband having mestatic lung cancer to the brain. With this diagnosis comes confusion and cognitive difficulties which comes with its own set of problems when he deals with "the public". Brent almost seemed to go out of his way to make him feel a huge part of what was happening when we bought our son his first dirt bike. He may not have even realized he was doing it but it meant alot to us. Will return as needed and would highly recommend.

This place is great!! I bought a Lance PCH 125 scooter there about a month ago. Originally was looking at the cheaper scooters, but the owner Brent was really helpful with selecting my scooter. He explained that cheaper ones consistently have maintenance issues and anything that goes wrong with a scooter can cause it not to run. On top of that he does not tack on a bunch of additional fees, freight documentation prep etc. , that other scotter dealers do. At another dealer I probably would have spent 300-500 more for those additional fees. Really helpful, great place, great help.

Fenton Powersports is the place to go for all small engine repairs, parts, etc. The atmosphere of the shop is amazing, it provides a non-pressured buying experience and the staff is willing to answer all of your questions and explain them in detail. Ive purchased a Motobravo two-years ago and recently had maintenance and repairs done to the scooter; very satisfied with the purchase and repair/maintenance that was done. Brent is also one of a kind individuals, very easy going and helpful. I would definitely recommend Fenton Powersports to anyone for purchases and repairs!!!

Came here 1/16/17 and I was in search for some parts for an early 2000s puma 200 mini bike. Was a shot in the dark and the guy walked around and looked at what I had and didnt have much on the shelf for it. He told me to wait a minute and walked in the back and looked through some old boxs and after mixing and matching we found some things that would work once I got it home and modified it with the welder. Very impressed with his help. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

My experience with this shop was awesome, called and spoke with Brent about my sons 4 wheeler just moved here from Indiana and was alittle worried about finding the perfect shop who would actually help instead of selling to the lost lady if you know what i mean... But Brent helped me with everything I needed an didnt try to see how much he could get out of me. I found my new shop for all my needs and when we are ready for more fun toys I will shop there first.... Thanks Brent!

Fenton powersports is a one stop shop for pocket bike,dirt bikes, scooters pretty much any small engine repair parts etc and tops it off with awesome customer service which is almost unheard of at any motorcycle shop/ repair shop and they work quick very reasonably priced for all the work they do and the best part is they stock 50 stunt parts YUP thats right and o yea I pass a few shops to drive from st.charles to fenton to get work done

Brent is a rare breed. Very easy going and very helpful. I am with out a doubt one of the most detail oriented people when it comes to purchasing something which requires a very knowledgeable and patient person. Brent was both and more and I am a forever customer and hope he is around for a long time. That being said we all are price driven and his prices are awesome but his service is priceless!
