They sold me a new bike that was missing the nut that holds the mirror in place. (you cant just go out and buy one for it. I tried). I didnt notice it until we got it home and my daughter had a chance to ride it. The mirror flaps all over the place. Contact JMP and they asked for photos. I sent them photos. They said they could send it to me (I live about 30 miles away) but that they would need to see about ordering it. The service guy said he would call the next day. He didnt. So I called them. When I finally talked to Tammy (the owner) she insisted that it was warranty work and I had to bring it in. How is it warranty work when you sold it to me this way? So instead of just sending me a mirror, I have to find someone with a truck to take it all the way back over there across the river so they can replace it on their premesis. On top of that the service guy lied to the owner and told her that he called me. I no longer trust them. Im not happy with the way they do business.

The sales person I worked with was excellent when I bought my new street bike. But the finance lady was very aggressive with me after I got home with my bike. There was no information she needed that she didnt get while I was there and pressured me about the time frame she needed it by using inappropriate emails and messages that were very threatening Despite me being accommodating. Lastly, the service department was terrible both times. I went there. The communication between mechanics was non existent and I asked for full synthetic oil and they did put conventional and then told me they thought it would be better without calling me and asking me. If a customer has a specific request, you do not just put what you want in a bike. In addition the first time I went there one of the mechanics test drove my bike without knowing it was in the break in period. it was irresponsible to not know when youre getting on someones bike.

Very unsatisfied with this company. We order ATV parts 2 weeks ago. My husband finally calls them and they told him our parts was lost. So JMP paid to have them overnighted. When the parts arrive they only have half of what we ordered and then get home just to find out that the parts they did manage to order was the wrong ones!!! We will never order from JMP again! My vacation trip isnt going to be as fun without a 4-wheeler to ride.

Small shop, but offers everything in one spot! Buy new or used motorcycles, scooters, dirt bikes and side by sides. Buy parts, and if not in, they can order! Need servicing, they do that too. Happy, knowledgeable owners and staff!

Poor customer service. Acted like there were doing me a favor when I brought my scooter in for repair. Its been two months and they still have not called to give me a status on the repair. Thanks for nothing.
