I stopped in today to look at helmets. I told them at when I walked in. maybe because I wouldnt be making a large sale, they didnt service me like the reviews state about others. I did tell them my husband was shopping for a scooter for me and they did ask me to tell him to stop in their shop. The phone rang and someone answered it and handed it to the person who was talking to me. He didnt say anything to me and I left. As I was walking out he said something to me but I was done shopping there at that point. Rock Road Scooter- hopefully youll learn from this. I did not recommend for my husband to stop in your shop based on the short and not so warm service I was provided.

Great company, very honest and up front. Unlike many dealers, they actually LISTEN to you, and bent over backwards to help me out. They have great inventory, finance programs and were a complete pleasure to deal with. Very refreshing to do business with. Would recommend to everyone. I wasnt sure what I was looking for and they addressed all of my concerns, and sales staff was very knowledgeable. No hassle or pressure, best experience I have ever had shopping. Thanks guys A+

So far, I have a had a good experience. They try. They do call and make sure that Lance PowerSports is sending the part. Unfortunately they cant make them send the correct part. But when Lance sent the wrong parts twice, muffler and head for 2013 cali classic 125cc, they took care of it and I got the correct parts. Thank you

Great customer service but the Bintelli scooter they sold me is complete junk. Needs a new engine after driving it less than 2 months and had been in and out of the shop several times already.
