Bought two helmets. Had a fit issue with one and had to bring it back. They told us they would exchange if there was an issue. Now their singing a different song. The helmet was not used and had been worn in the house for 10 minutes and still has all stickers and tags. The manufacturer said it is a sizing issue with the helmet across the top of the shell and cant be adjusted. Should have bought from revzilla. They gaurntee it and exchange if there is an issue but I wanted to support local buisness and got burned.

I have had a few bad experiences with Midwest Motor Sports and after reading the reviews I see that I am not the only one. I brought my Seadoo in because I had problems starting it. They told me it was fixed and I picked it up and the symptoms were the same and when I brought it in. They also performed work that I did not authorize and the used Velcro on some items. I dont remember seeing Velcro int he Seadoo parts catalog. Poor customer service avoid Keith in the service department at all costs.

Ive bought several bikes over the years from MW Motorsports with the last being a 2009 Yamaha R1. I wouldnt consider buying a bike anywhere else. Everyone there is a true professional who both care about their products and the customers expectations and satisfaction. The service department is top notch as well. I highly recommend Midwest Motorsports for all of your motorcycling needs.

There are at least two other Sea Doo service shops within 10 minutes of my home in West County, MO, but I drive 45 minutes each way to have my Sea Doos serviced at Midwest Motor Sports. The time and mileage is well worth their professional approach to everything they do for the customer.

They treat you like family! Im getting ready to buy my 4th bike from them, and wouldnt consider anywhere else! When you get your bike serviced there, they wash and detail it, so when you get it back, it looks like new!
