Id rate them as a normal shop, they discounted a few things for me in the past. As far as the guy who had his thing there and they cleaned a Carb for him... I work in a ope (out-door power equipment) shop.. no carburetors cost $27 for anything anymore. They just dont, youre full of it dude. Plus gotta figure 20 min to take it off, 30 min for a good rebuild thats cleaning all orifices and jets. Then 20 min to assemble correctly. Thats over an hour labor (probably $85 an hour anymore) and the cost of the rebuild kit. (Not exactly cheap). Im not for or against this shop, theyre there and sell parts which is nice. But dont take just one persons bad experience.

Wow. Imagine the sleaziest dealership you can think of. This is sleazier. Took my honda in for a service, they had it for a week. No call. I finally call a week later, its ready to be picked up. I dont know how much it cost to fix, what was wrong, etc. I get there, and they charge me 87 dollars to clean the carb. Bear in mind, a brand new, genuine honda, carb costs $26 and installs in 15 minutes. So not only did they screw me out of a new carb, they "cleaned" mine and charged me the cost of 3 brand new carbs to do so. Would not recommend. Stay away. Itll be cheaper and easier to fix it yourself or take it elsewhere.

Spoke with the head of service on Friday about getting 14" ape hangers put on my bike before that following Sunday.....OHHHH no problem is what I was told when can you drop it off....Took the bike over Tuesday to have it done and after I drive 30miles to get there to drop it off I get another OHHHHH i have to order cables that will take 2 weeks...please tell me how in the h*ll is the head of service not able to let me know that when I talked to him the previous Friday how did that change in 4 days??? WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!....This place is a CROCK!!!!!!!!!!

Took my bike to get a tire and brakes done and while it was there one of my mirrors got broken off and my bike looked like it had either been dropped or something had fallen into it because there were 3 deep scrapes on my gas tank and when I presented this to the owner he didnt want to work with me on getting it fixed and denied responsibility. I wish I could give them less than one star because they dont deserve that! I will never bring my bike back to them and will advise family and friends to take their business elsewhere.

The guy who said a new carb cost 27 bucks please let me know where youre buying this so i can stock up on them and resale them on ebay. You take your bike to a shop and dont know whats wrong with it, and niether do they, they cant tear your bike down, figure out whats wrong with your bike and then fix it for free, the have to pay someone to do all of that. I have been going there for years you have to take the good with the bad, all and all they are a good shop.

Great experience! Dropped off a Honda Elite 110 scooter for its first checkup and engine valve adjustment and it was done the same day. It was promised the next day. When I rode it home, I noticed that the engine performance was much better and quicker on acceleration. I have ordered from the parts dept. in the past and they were very helpful. As a woman, I was treated with respect and I will return again. April 30, 2015

Ive been going here for about 6 7 years and Ive got nothing but great service I get my dirtbike parts streetbike and quad parts from here if its not on stock itl only take a day or to I stay in town so Im constantly there and the more I go the better discounts I get I get the best help from a guy named Mike real cool guy hooked me up with a Honda card and all and he always looks out with me a a customer for like Team Honda

Had recall on my F6B.Kyle scheduled an appointment to resolve the issue. Brought the bike in on the scheduled day and was taken care of immediately.Was told they would call when finished.l was called as promised.Kyle was very friendly and explained what was done.Couldnt ask for anything more from a dealership.Ive always had a positive experience with everyone at Belleville Bond. Took my Roadking to Belleville Honda to get a tire put on...tired of dealing with the HD dealers. Kyle in service took care of my ride quickly and was friendly while he did it. Got out of there at about half what the HD dealers would have charged me. I will be returning to bellville Honda when its time for new tires...will buy them there and will have them installed there.

Called and inquired about a part and the person on the phone was not very friendly. Seemed I had taken him away from something more important. He could not give me all the information on the part. Looked on line and found the part $82 cheaper than what they listed and even gave me all the information that I needed. The place is way over priced.

Nice bikes, poor customer service. Been there 3 times. Every time the I was made to feel like I was bothering them when I had a question. Like they had something more important to do. These guys could have talked me into buying anything if they took the time. Me.. "is it an automatic?" Them "Idk."

Great experience with my VTX1800C... Valve adjust and tires were very fair on prices and nice. Also had fluids done.... I wasnt sure what to expect for such a small shop but they are great!

Seriously, I screwed up, ran scooter without oil for 4 miles. It needed a head, cylinder head, and piston rings. Denni got it done in a week.
