Totally over priced place. Quoted me $303 for a part then told me it was a 4 hour job to change it i left and called the john deere dealership in Stratford same part $78. O and when I got home I did it my self it took me 20 minutes. In other words they would have soaked me $400 in labor for a 20 minute job and over charged me over $200 for the part. Unless you have lots of money to throw away I suggest stay away go to the dealership in Stratford they are there to help you not Robb you.

Beware - Check comparable sales elsewhere, especially on used items. They start out VERY high priced...so high its insulting if you know the fair market value of what you are looking at. I wont even deal with them, going to LaCrosse, Madison or Vitesnik in Richland Center where more competition helps buyers. If you are going to spend thousands, driving an hour or so is well worth it.

They have one of the slowest sales service around. It has been 4 days now and still no price. They say they will call you back and they dont. I thought I would try them again since it has been 15 years since I have dealt with them. It is still the same crappy service as ut was back then. Time too move on. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very poor service department told us they had the parts in to fix a safety recall so we took it in left to go get breakfast 10 min later we get a phone call saying we have to put a stop no ride on your machine my words were i thought you had all the parts very unhappy
