I received a dozen yellow roses as a gift and was disappointed with the condition of the roses on the first day they were received. I immediately called Bethany to advise her of this & she advised there were 2 types of roses & I had received a type that I had never seen previously. Because she was so thorough and professional & suggested she send more flowers out so I would be happy with the results, I said I would live with what I had received and would just take care of these. Though I never expected Bethany to show up with replacement roses the next day, I was surprised at the beauty of these flowers and impressed with her incredible service and kindness with this delivery. My husband and I would certainly use Autumn Rose again and again in the future. Thank you Bethany!

The owners are friendly, helpful, and very creative. Their flower cooler has the "standard flowers", roses, baby breath, etc., but they also have containers filled with unusual (and visually exciting) flowers that add creative interest to any arrangement. Their shop is adorable (I know, an overused word), with many gift items that can be paired with a flower arrangement, or as a quick fix for an event (think great baskets filled with goodies for a birthday treat). I highly recommend this shop.

Bethany at Autumn Rose provided the flowers for our daughters wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL! During her consultation with us, she listened to my daughter and her fiancée and partnered with them to select just the right flowers for the venue and their style. She was easy to work with and always responsive when we would contact her. The flowers for the ceremony, reception, and bouquets, etc. were fresh and beautifully arranged. I would highly recommend Autumn Rose!
