I have been to this Walmart about 30 times in the last 8 months. I have had maybe 3 experiences that didnt leave me wishing I never would have came in the first place. And, it is always solely based on employee interactions and store appearance. I work nights, so I usually end up at Walmart in the overnight hours. There are a few workers that make me shudder when I see the self check outs are closed- I know an unsavory encounter is about to occur. One worker acts as if helping you is a huge inconvenience for him. He throws your objects into the bags, not caring about what happens to it. He threw a bunch of my makeups into a bag (if you are a female and have worn/own eyeshadow and have dropped it on the floor, you understand what can happen... it breaks and crumbles apart and becomes unusable) I asked him to stop being so aggressive with my stuff, he didnt really seem to care, and was annoyed I was telling him how to do his job. But he was damaging my things that I am going to buy. I pulled the makeup out, and sure enough, one was damaged, and wasnt like that prior. He was unapologetic. The next time I came in and the self checkouts were down, he was working. I gave him another chance. This evening, he didnt do anything... like really. He wasnt friendly. He didnt ask if I found everything. He didnt say hello or anything. He told me the total and gave me my change, and thats about it. He has behaved this way other times as well. Tonight, a particular female worker was at the registers. I have had her check my stuff a few times before, and she also seemed to be inconvenienced by my being there. So, I head to self checkouts... they are closed, although its 5am, and there are three employees just standing by them and the station. So, I go back to the registers. I walk up, the lady slowly saunters over to her register. She doesnt say hello. She doesnt ask if I found everything. She didnt even tell me the total. I started to wonder if she was a Mute. A coworker came over and they started talking about these carts of items they have to put away and blah blah blah. She makes me wait to count back my 3 pennies while she finishes talking. She doesnt count my change back, she doesnt even say thank you for spending your hard earned money. As I grab my bags, she finally tells me to have a nice morning. Like, oops! I totally forgot to treat this customer LIKE THEYRE A CUSTOMER! Then, as I leave- the door dingers go off. I bought a DVD and she was either too busy talking to or trying to pretend I didnt exist to even complete her job. I am stopped, have to show my receipt, and look like a dumbass. WTH? If its really that crappy to put all that stuff away that you cant even maintain basic functionality as a cashier and carry even an inch of customer service skills, then maybe Walmart needs to pay someone to come in and only do the registers and thats it. Absolutely appalling. My other issue with this store is that they are constantly doing the floors in some area of the store, almost always where I need something from. The store is always in construction, things are always in a new spot, and there is always just a disaster going on everywhere. I understand it is the overnight and that is when the least amount of customers are here, but I have been a late night Walmart goer for about 12 years now, as I have worked late shift a long time (Bartender) I have been to plenty that arent like this. And, on top of it they still provide excellent customer service or self checkouts are open. This store may be remodeling and expanding into a SuperWalmart, but it still has a lot of work to be done starting with its employees. Tonight, I drove 15 minutes just to come here. What a waste. I wont be doing it again.

I will never step foot in this store again! To begin with my daughter & 3yo grandson purchased $70 in merchandise. She was carrying it out in one of their tote bags & was stopped. The guy checks the merchandise against the receipt. All is good. Then he tosses out the receipt. (1st mistake) As she exits the store she & my grandson are rushed by two store security scaring my young grandson. Demanding the receipt the 1st incompetent asshat threw away. They go to the register she checked out at & lo & behold theres a different associate there & the original cashier is gone for the day? Hmm... convenient for them Id say. She asks them to review the video tapes. Nope! Were just calling the police. REALLY? I call to talk to a store manager. The employee who answered was belligerent as can be. Then, SURPRISE! Theres no manager there to talk to & well have one call when theyre available. Wow!

Coon Rapids MN has passed a law making it a crime to park a truck in any parking lot in the city over night. Including Walmart, Cub Foods, etc., even if you have permission from the owner. These places have plenty of room at night, but you hate trucks and truck drivers so much that you dont care if we have a place to spend the night. I am on the road away from my family more than 300 nights a year, and I promise to never spend a single dime in your intolerant city. You want us to bring your stuff to you and then you want us to get the hell out. You should all see if you could give up everything that came to you in a truck and see how long you can make it.

Ive been to this Walmart quite a bit since its close to home. Ive only had one encounter that bothered me and that was in the returns/exhchange area. I didnt realize till I got home that I was not credited for an item i was returning (along with a few other items.) Other than that the employees are always very pleasant (especially at the checkout area.) They are always friendly and I dont think there has been one time Ive had to wait too long to check out. It is WAY fast compared to other Walmarts (the one in Brooklyn Park near Menards is the worst!) I really wished they had a bigger area for grocery but I understand its just too small to do so.

I would give no stars but thats not an option the management here is so rude and non willing to help. I drop a bottle of juice in doorway and it broke and the lady yelled at me I was dripping on the floor when management came they made me go get another one now tonight I left my sour cream in a bag at self check out and they made me wait for management then after waiting ten minutes tells me I have to go to customer service and now Im sitting here waiting for her to come okay I get my sour cream pooor service

me and my boyfriend bought a TV from there and we walked out to the car to get the receipt & left the TV on the counter when they said it was okay and when we came in they had told us we couldnt take our TV back and we couldnt return it either. so they basically stole the TV from us when they said it was alright to leave it in there while we went to the car. and it was the same exact lady who said we could!! very rude customer service!! i will never shop there again.
