Although this store is convenient I have decided not to shop anymore there. It takes a flare gun and screaming to get a cashier to the front. Last night after waiting for over 4 minutes at the counter I found the cashier talking on the phone in the office. When I knocked on the door she glanced up at me and nodded. I waited another 3 minutes at the counter. I left my cart there and went across the street to our local grocery. This isnt the first time this has happened to me, but it is the last time.

I love dollar general because of the decent prices. Its not a nice place to shop, per se, but they are able to keep their prices low by keeping the experience pretty basic so you can come in and get what you need and then leave pretty quickly. Shopping here helps me stay within budget.

This Dollar General is in a decent neighborhood and the workers are very friendly. I often choose this location over one closer to my house and definitely over any Family Dollar.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Its usually kind of messy, but it is what it is. Great for dropping in for snacks, lotion, or cleaning supplies.
