Never in my life have I been more disappointed with the service I paid for. It took three different attempts to going to Discount Tire in order to actually purchase and have new summer tires installed (albeit the first time was my mistake). The second time I received a call saying my tires were ready, I told them what time I could make it in, they told me it would be about 30-40 minutes once I arrived. When I arrived at the shop, I was then told that it would be almost two hours in order to get my tires installed (which is completely unacceptable no matter what shop you go to for a simple tire rotation). Then, on the third attempt, the car was ready to go. HOWEVER, during the entire time that this process was going on, I told them explicitly multiple times to be careful of my amplifiers that I have across the back of my rear seats when they were putting the tires back in. I came out to my car with literally ZERO audio coming from the speakers. Youd think this would be a huge red flag after I told them several times to avoid unplugging or damaging anything. After removing several tires from my trunk, I found that they had unplugged MULTIPLE connections from two different amplifiers (which were 100% functional upon arriving). After plugging everything back in and verifying that the terminals werent broken, I left with my blood boiling that such a simple job could be screwed up in such an elegant manner. If I dont hear back from the owner of this shop within the next week, they can be sure to never see my business again.

My husband travels to MN several times a month but we are from Port Washington, WI. He ended up with a flat tire and stopped at Tires Unlimited nearby. They wanted to up sell my husband into getting a new tire and were too busy to get him in today. They suggested trying Discount Tire in Burnsville. My husband was there before it opened and by the time it opened there were several people waiting for help as well. Discount Tire made sure to help my husband right away since he was there first. They were fast and helpful and did a terrific and thorough job patching the tire free of charge!?!?! We have never used this business before but will be sure to do so as we have two cars in need of regular service. Because of Discount Tire Stores generosity and excellent customer service my husband was able to make it to the rest of his meetings today and will be able to drive home safely back to WI. Its nice to know that when someone needs help there are still good people willing to help instead of taking advantage of the situation. As my husband said, "Discount Tire turned my S&^% day into a great day." Thanks for the help. Great experience here, the manager Brandon is a great guy and will go out of his way to make sure that you are taken care of. If I EVER need any tire service at all in the future, this is my place. Plus, they have a younger gal that works IN the shop, which is absolutely fantastic to see they hired a woman for this type of job. I really doubt youll see a woman at a regular tire shop, I was watching her when she was working on my car and she was doing a great job! Better than I could ever do for sure! Again, great place to go, the best prices in the business, and great service. A++

This place is ridiculous. You have Ryan, who is so fake its nauseating. We ordered over $850++ worth of tires, they got in the incorrect tires and made us wait over two hours AFTER our scheduled appt. time just to get in to put the two correct ones on. Why have an appt. when they dont honor it? Oh-and btw, they do NOT check your spare tire...two days after getting the tires on, we had a flat, went to put our spare on and it was flat. Thanks but no thanks. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else where they do it right. Other places will match their price usually.

I recently had some tires remounted and balanced. In the process of this the wheels were scratched! I returned to DT to find a solution for this as I was a little upset. I spent 8 months finding like new OEM wheels for my car. After speaking with Charlie and Mike, Mike (manager) suggested a more than generous solution. It was so generous, I tied to talk him out of it but DT policy would not allow that. A few weeks later all was fixed and I am still amazed by the kindness and honesty shown to me by Mike and Charlie. Customer for life is putting it simply

I got a quote from an Audi dealership for four Continential tires installed for $968.00. Discount Tire installed the exact same tires for $794.46. I had an appointment and they were done in 40 minutes which is only 10 minutes a tire; Id say thats pretty good. The only reason they didnt get five stars is because the tech got into my car with grease on his shoes and got my light carpet dirty. A little Blue Coral took care of that, but it would have been better if they were a little more careful. All in all, Ill be back.

I have always liked and trusted Discount Tires and will continue to have services done there. I give 4 stars because I dont want them to get over their head and lose sight of what it takes for a single customer to state good reviews. Nevertheless, I hope Discount Tires continues to do excellent jobs in handling their customers needs and keep up the loyalty as expected. I will review again after next service. tah! tah! for now.

Discount Tire does not back anything. My car was shaking after 2000 miles of 4 brand new tires so I asked what was wrong and they said they needed to be rotated. So they did that. Then the tires wore terribly and after 8000 miles the tires were completely bald. I thought they would back their product and service but they did nothing. I will NEVER go back to any discount tire. They do not back what they say they will.

The staff/management at the Burnsville store has always been exceptional in suggesting tires based on budget and needs. Always a friendly smile and attitude from all staff Ive encountered and listened to when dealing with other customers. When I talk with my neighbors and co-workers, Discount Tire as a whole is always given first choice over any other tire chain stores within the Twin Cities.

Came in to have my front two tires re-sealed since they were leaking air. I had the previously sealed about 2 years ago, but since more corrosion had set in. Showed up at 5:30pm on a Friday night and left 15 minutes later. (Watched them through the window do all the work). Since I already had them re-sealed prior it didnt cost me a thing. Great customer service, will be back.

Very happy with the friendly staff and work that was done. Went in with a slow leak in my tire and was helped right away. The staff goes above and beyond to help you understand the issue, go over possible solutions, and get you back on the road. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. You just earned my familys business going forward. :D
