The staff treats the customers like the customers are receiving a favor by being there. A staff member walked up to me a half hour before closing and told me I had to get in line so that the employees could be out the door at closing time. Normally, "closing" means that the doors lock and business is done at THAT time. It doesnt normally mean that the customers accommodate the employees so that the employees walk out the door at closing. And then, they dont cover the bins when a new bin is brought out. They just expect you to know its a new bin (even at slower times when there isnt a huge flock of vultures circling it when it is harder to tell that it is new). I walked up to one and started looking at some items without knowing it was a "new" bin and was reprimanded in front of other customers. How embarrassing and rude. I almost wanted to just leave. There are a lot of vultures shopping there. Somebody even threw a suitcase into my elbow while they were tearing through items. Some people hog entire carts full of items they havent even looked at and wont buy, for example every shoe in the store, so that they can sort through at their leisure and not buy most of it.

This is an outlet and not your typical thifting adventure. Organization is super minimal. All items come out in large bins. Most bins are clothing and you can find anything from baby socks to old jerseys to name brands to Christmas sweaters. Anything that is clothing. Toys are in another bin. Household items in a few others. They do have some furniture but I dont see much. There is a shelf located by the front door with manager specials and contain some pretty awesome items for a great deal. Dont plan a trip here unless you want to spend an hour minimum and be prepared for long lines as it can get busy. I found a ton of clothing for my family and felt like I paid nothing for all of it. Definitely will return. The only improvement they could make is less actual garbage in the bin. Some bins were pretty gross.

Good prices for those who know how to look and are willing to take the time. You never know what youll find. Sometimes its something amazing, but some days are duds. Are they recycling from the previous day? My main concern is that shoes are all mixed together in huge bins and not attached as a matching set. If Goodwill really cares about the environment, they should take the time to put rubber bands on or tie shoes together. When no one can find the matches, they sometimes start arguing or become spiteful and purposely hang on to the mate so someone else doesnt get it. Some matches are simply impossible to find, and massive amounts of single shoes are shipped off to a third-world country where they must end up in a landfill, because NO ONE can use a single shoe no matter how terrific the shoe is!

Unless you are there before they open or you get lucky you wont be able to get a cart. They also wont let you set items by the walls so you have to carry everything. I sometimes have to checkout 4-5 times to drop stuff off in my car while Im there. I imagine they lost more money on credit card processing fees than they would have by buying more carts. Most the employees are usually at least somewhat nice which is why Im not giving a 1 star but the larger cashier lady always seems annoyed and she tried to tell me Im a bad person because I dont round up my change when paying with a credit card. Good place to find items, just very annoying and can be unpleasant at times.

This Goodwill is not very well organized. Since this is an outlet Goodwill, this location is a depository for inventory not sold at other Goodwill locations. Clothing items are not hung up on racks, organized my gender or size. Pricing is by pound and not per item. Customers stand around big bins and sift through clothes and other products. I would recommend going to a different location.

Love this Goodwill Outlet! Clean. Lots of great inventory, and the customer service is above and beyond. Met very friendly & helpful people along the way. Feels like the prices are fair and lots of variety. Shop here often and find something new and unusual. Absolutely deserves five stars and deserves my business!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My faviort shopping place. If your looking for organization this is not the shopping exsperience for you. Clothing items are lopped together in bins for you to go through, shoes, belts purses as well, electronics thrown together and toys and house goods as well. Its like a treasure hunt. I have gotten some really great deals here. Come early and come often

This store you either love or hate. I love it since I am always ready to search thru anything for a good deal. Its not for every shopper or even thrift store shoppers, its tiring and you have to dig. But I have always had a good experience with the nice staff. Some of the shoppers are rude but I have meet several that I would love to talk again with.

Potential to get hands down the greatest deals ever but you must like digging and searching. It is like Black Friday every 20 minutes when they bring out new bins and is fun to watch people dog as fast as they can looking for stuff. 0-9.99 pounds is $1.49 per pound, 10-24.99 pounds is $1.29 per pound, & 25+ pounds is $.99 per pound

Shop there a few times and found good items, but dislike the rude shoppers who act like they are the only who has the right to shop there. Beware and dont waste your time over there. Im taking my business else where, where theres people who are more courteous!!!

I like to do my part to help keep our Earth healthy by purchasing items that can be useful. By doing this, I feel like I am doing a small part to help keep our Earth cleaner by helping to keep perfectly good items out of landfills.
