Sad to say it was not very good I go to this big lots once a month spend 3 to 500 every time I go.. This time I wanted to look at the bar sets this gentleman was sitting there on his phone did not move as we tried to look at the set..a young lady..came over I asked her about the set she said that guy worked here..he never got off his phone went. Went to the computer to see if they had any in stock.. Never getting off his phone.. We waited so long we decided to leave. I had a basket full of things.. I left it all there because that was the WOR st experience ever...

F*** ANYONE WHO WROTE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. anyone writing a negative review must be a bad customer with super high expectations that feels entitled, and you need to shop somewhere else. Loveee big lots! I used to go to dollar tree a lot for my cleaning/bath stuff. Now I go to big lots because of the amazing deals that they have on my everyday stuff!! love that I can get 3 big bottles of Mr. Clean for 10 bucks rather than over the 25 I would spend at walmart or meijers!!

Went to buy a bar set at big lots. The salesperson was setting on one of the stool, talking on the phone. I asked someone else about helping me she pointed at him and said he work here. He looked up and i ask want was the price of the set. He walked to the computer( still on the phone talking) and just hit one button and start back talking while i was wait for a answer. I waited five minutes and just left.

I was searching for 2 chairs to match a bistro table that I bought from a different location and the woman there ( I cant remember her name) was AMAZING! She looked in the back twice and really tried to help me find the chairs. Sadly they were out but her effort was appreciated!

Prices are reasonable and competitive with other stores. It wasnt easy to find what I was shopping for because of the way the store is organized. The cashier was cheerful, kind and considerate. She eased the frustration I felt while hunting for the things on my shopping list.

Horrible experience. Great store good prices but the staff are extremely rude, lines were very long and when I had an issue the "manager" mike wasnt very helpful at all and walked away from me in the middle of me speaking.. Very very rude

A lot of stock cluttered the aisles and although there were a lot of workers in the store, not one of them greeted us or offered any assistance. But hey, it is a discount store.
