I arrived at this very store at 6:30pm to get a few documents notarized and was quickly informed that the notary leaves everyday at 6pm. When I called prior to me arriving to this very location I was prompted with an automated message indicating notary services are available everyday from 11-7 no appointment necessary. Very upset to get there and was told otherwise. Hey UPS update your automated notary message to accurately reflect your hours of operation!!!!!!!

Mike was very helpful and efficient in getting some documents I needed faxed. Very happy with the service at this location much better than the one at Walton and Livernois in Rochester. I would rather go out of my way for much nicer employees and better service. Thank you Troy UPS store!!

They are always helpful, professional, great etiquette. I pay the extra dollars over USPS because I know I will be treated with kindness and respect. Theyre super quick and I never have to wait in line. Its worth it!
