If you want your personal and private information possibly stolen, this is your store. I came to this store to upgrade my phone and it was the most unnecessarily long, obnoxious, process. The guy helping me - Jake, was extremely sketchy with the way he handled everything. 7 years Ive been with Sprint and upgrading was normally just a matter of activating new phone while old phone is wiped clean INFRONT of you. Boom. Done. This time, at this sprint, he was doing all of this extra steps like he plugged my phone into their personal, back room, laptop to "restore" and required me to input my password. Every other sprint store just uses iCloud. Then i asked if he needed me to reset the old iphone and he ensured me that it will be taken care of. An hour into this mess, he finally started connecting the new phone to the sprint service and while he was doing that, I stepped out of the store for about 25 minutes and upon coming back, he, jake, was gone and had taken my old iphone with him HOME - THAT I NEVER SEEN HIM RESTORE!! Extremely sensitive and private personal/work information on that phone and he had full control over it. The manager seemed like he had no care for this matter and wasnt even willing to help. After about 3 hours waiting for them to do something, the manager finally realized what his employee did and i made him send us pictures of him reseting the phone which im sure he only did once I asked for pictures. Please beware, I truly believe he accessed my personal information for his entertainment.

I have been to this store several times and I am not impressed. They signed me up for a contract promised me many discounts and rebates. I filled out the paperwork and never received anything. A few weeks ago I stopped by to get a discount on my account. I was speaking to a nice representative and one of his coworkers or manager started to interrupt me and the representative. The rude co worker then started to lie about the plans and discounts that Sprint carries. I had enough of the arguing and lying so I left. I went to a different store where the representative took care of my discount and did not try to up sell me on anything. Be careful they will try to get you on a new plan even if you are tying to buy or do the littlest thing.

AVOID! My account information was stolen and 2 Beats Headphones was added on my $600 line of credit while I was at this location on 12/23/15 flip flopping my phone numbers and checking to see if my sales rep was able to get my Apple Watch. Nobody knows what happen, they swear up and down somebody was impersonating me while I was in the store at the same time I was being impersonated, really? They think I lost my ID and gave out my info. Neither happened. I have a huge feeling on what happened and who did it. I was about to go into depth detail about this to share with yall my experience that day but Ima just advise yall to go somewhere else, seriously. I will NEVER EVER EVER go here again!

This is the worst Sprint store Ive ever been to. One employee in particular, Carolyn, is completely incompetent. Shes rude, abrasive, and a flat out liar. She will completely contradict things that are even on the Sprint website, and will try to sign you up for things you did not ask for. Her demeanor is befitting more for a brothel than a place of business. Im not sure how people like this are even allowed to work for Sprint. Do yourself a favor, and go to another Sprint store.

Very helpful, repaired my Galaxy 4s 2 times, Pam the technition went above and beyond to look into my phone and found issues that were not of my doing. Reairs to the charge port which the Rochester rd store destroyed due to lack of product knowledge and replaced my phone after finding a loose screw that held in the led board had cracked the board when the phone was dropped from 2 ft to a carpeted floor in a lifeproof case. If your phone is is broken definitely bring it here

Extremely rude staff who lack know knowledge of their products and plans. Had a problem with them telling me false information, when I went to talk to the manager he would not admit wrong doing and treated me in a very condescending way. Shameful representation of a cooperate store. I have been going to this store since it was on Coolidge and the staff used to be great. Now the most senior person there has been there 6th months. Go to any carrier or any store besides here.

Carolyn is the worst sales representative I have ever met in my whole life!!! She made my sales experience the worst!!! She should be fired from sprint soon!!! She is no good for this company!! I even feel like switching to some other cellular company now after my encounter with this crappy lady at the sprint store!!!

Very rude on the phone and not helpful at all. Basically told me everything a Sprint Rep told me on the phone was a lie and that he could not waive the early cancellation fee and also give a credit for the new phone I was going to buy. I would try another store if I were you. Good Luck!!!!

I went in to activate my pixel phone on existing line. I was helped promptly, the service guy was knowledgeable, and we got my phone activated with a new Sim card with no problems and no cost.
