The worst customer service ever i have seen. Screwed up my whole preorder and shipped it to a different address than where i wanted it to be shipped it to. When I showed them the initial receipt that shows the address that i wanted the phone to be shipped to they had no words. They were so reluctant to correct their mistake. Two options that they gave me was either cancel the order or go with the address that they shipped to and they will try to compensate for the shipping charges(which is nothing compared to my whole preorder). I feel bad that my phone commission is going to such a suckers but had no other choice since the preoder has already stopped by that point. I never got a call back regarding the compensation from the store.

Absolutely horrifying. Went in to get a new phone and was talked down to by the not-so-nice lady that helped us. Asked if she could set it up while we went next door and got lunch, which she did, but upon receiving the phone it had something that resembled food or snot on the front. Luckily it was on the protective plastic. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN.

Ive been an AT&T customer for 15 years. And they wouldnt put on a warranty replacement screen protector. Switching to Verizon when my contract is up.
