Although the people that work there are friendly and try to be helpful, this location seems not to have certain products in stock. I have been there on several occasions when the common answer is " we dont have that product yet, maybe we will get it on Thursday" Thursday comes and they still dont have it. Poor management, poor inventory control. How can i get a flyer in the mail with the products, I go to the store and show them the flyer and the response is that they dont have it.

I know this store is new but I walked in here today and was looking for a new foundation so I asked a worker for help. She offered no information and said she knew very little about the products. I asked if anyone else in here could help me she just said no. There are other Ulta stores in the area I would suggest going there instead.

my chemical band trash

I got my hair cut there. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and it was something longer than my chin. I got an aweful bob pixie. Im embarrassed to go out in public. I had one good experience (this was my second) and thats about it. Take your chances if you want to get your hair cut. Thanks ulta for screwing me over

Ive never been to an Ulta store until December of 2016 and I was i.pressed by how big it is and how much products they have. I love it. Its hard to look what Im looking for because Im just happy about all the options.
