EVERY Sprint Store should be this good! Kevin was so courteous, polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I switched over to Sprint after poor experiences with Verizon (5 yrs ago) and most recently T-Mobile. We stopped in just to inquire about switching. Kevin took his time to thoroughly explain the rates, coverage and devices. He saved us a lot of money by switching to Sprint and gave us discounts on all of our accessories!! He even bought us sandwiches and sodas from the food court. I recommend this location to anyone looking for Sprint products!!

My experience shopping at the Fairlane Town Center Sprint store was a great experience. The store manager Randy showed great customer service. He was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me about my new phone I purchased and any other questions regarding my phone service plan. So if anyone is in the need of purchasing a new phone from Sprint I would definitely recommend shopping at this particular location.

I pulverized my phone a few days ago and it wasnt working at all. I bounced around from Sprint location to Sprint location and nobody offered a solution other than doing an insurance claim. I came in to Fairlane to get the number to asurion. Randy looked up my account and managed to get me a new phone, the Galaxy S8+ that I was just told I couldnt get! Randy was so awesome, it was such a great experience! Highly recommend!

This Sprint store has changed my view on cell phone stores! Usually its a terrible experience that can be very intimidating. Randy was phenomenal he wrote everything out for me and was really patient. He thoroughly explained everything so I knew exactly what I was getting and everything was on point signal wise and billing wise! Thank you again so much Randy for being such a big help and getting me everything I wanted.

Every time I come in to this store be it for Questions on my bill, phones, or just to ask questions about the maintenance of my phone the staff is so helpful! They are very attentive, and they work to give you the best of your service with Sprint! All around great experience! I no longer come anywhere but to this location! Randy, Kevin, and Fadi are the best!!!! Greatly appreciate them!!!

I love the experience Ive had here! Very helpful. Fadi was very helpful no matter what the issue. Ive never found a better store in the 14 years Ive been with Sprint! I was ready to leave Sprint but Fadi was the one that let me stay with Sprint and I havent been disappointed since! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I will only visit this Sprint store! Very professional, and helped me out with whatever I needed. I came into this store very frustrated with Sprint and Randy was the one that let me leave very happy and with a new phone when I went in inquiring about leaving.
