I have been looking for a new groomer with failed attempts and figured I would give PetSmart in King of Prussia a try since it was so convenient. I didnt know what to expect from a chain store but I was pleasantly surprised. Charlie groomed my Cocker Spaniel and did a awesome job. They were very courteous, clean and charged a fair price. Me and Salvatore look forward to future visits!

By far the best kept PetSmart and most knowlable staff I have come across. The store is very clean and shelves stocked. Their fish tanks are immaculately clean and maintained along with very knowledable staff. I have never Ben talked into buying a more expensive product or their brand. Always recommended what they or othershave had success with.

I used to take my Havanese to PetCo for grooming, but since the opening I started to take him here. Grooming services are really good, the whole area is open which adds more reassurance dogs are being well treated. Prices are comparable to PetCo, but the experience is definitely superior.

We had taken our dog to the groomers yesterday. We normally use the Plymouth Meeting location, but unfortunately they were booked. They did a pretty good job in grooming our dog. They were very helpful and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.

Friendly staff, supportive, they suggested a certain chew for my dog, whom is finicky, I asked if I could return it, if she didnt like it, no answer, now Im stuck with a large expensive bag of chews for her teeth she looks smells & keeps it moving

Didnt have the guinea pig food I usually feed my pig but I looked up good food for him and they had a highly recommended brand! I now feed him Oxbow and he loves it.

I usually opt against big box pet stores, but the staff here is very pleasant and helpful, and the selection of dog beds is much better than other stores in the area
