The first time I took my dog there she cut her paw on the crate , OK stuff happens the staff told me to take her to the vet and give them the bill which I did , they never reimbursed me . From then on my dog had to be an "Express " which meant she had to be taken 1 st thing in the morning OK 7 am sucks but I dealt with it . I called to schedule an appointment had to wait 2 weeks .told the staff my dogs were getting there rabies shots the day before asked if it mattered , they said It shouldnt so they scheduled it the next day . I show up at 7 am to be told they cant do there baths because they had there rabies shot the prior day . Really ? So on my day off I take 280 lbs of german shepard and american bull dog out for nothing but a joy ride because there staff cant get it together . I know Pet Smart staffs time is much more valuable than the rest of ours , I needed to be reminded that we all exist for all of you . Thank You so much for the reminder that we the customer means nothing ,

This is my local Petsmart; I routinely buy my dogs food here. He eats solely Blue Buffalo food, which can be hard to find in some smaller pet stores. This is an expensive food, but the price at Petsmart beats anywhere else. Other than that, they have a good variety of toys, treats, and collars/leashes/harnesses for dogs. Ive used the grooming salon at this facility for quite some time, only having a bad experience once. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they re-groomed for free. Since then, Ive been pleased every time. I wish the "freshly groomed dog" smell would last longer, but I definitely prefer no scent to the overpowering perfume scents Ive found at a lot of other groomers.

Always seem happy to see my Basset, know him by name, and put up with his howling! They have to work hard on ear cleaning, and I appreciate that they do it. They run on-time, give you a window of time during which they will work (but almost never use the whole window, and sometimes not even half), and I love the feature where you get a quick call when theyre done so you can be running errands (text would be fine, too). They all give him lovely attention, but Amanda is one of our favorites! Thank you, Quakertown PetSmart Grooming!

For backup to for pets in the house again so PetSmart in any of the pet stores in the area become are best friends but PetSmart usually has what we need in stock and knowledgeable staff who can always help the groomer on the other hand I never use because of that experience my parents had other than that the stories clean and has great products

I love bringing my dog to the grooming salon. Lois has been taking care of my dog Maddie since she was a puppy and I would never take her anywhere else! I dont understand what all the "bad" reviews are about. All my experiences here over the past year and a half have all been positive.
