I called at least 4 to 5 times and left messages on their voicemail to make an appointment to have my dog groomed. Apparently they do not answer their phone, or return calls. I decided to drive to their business to schedule an appointment. I spoke to a woman who I assumed was the owner. She explained that she had lost 1 groomer, and another was on vacation, and to take on a new client would be a problem. She was quite unpleasant! If you arent taking new clients, say so! I dont need to give my business to someone who made me feel like she was doing me a favor by squeezing me in in 6 weeks.

Friendly staff willing to listen to any concerns you have about your pets and help you fix them. The service is great and you can stop for a dog/cat food and be in and out in less than 5 minutes. That and they have cats walking around the place and my daughter loves to find them and pet them.
