This is definitely the best pet store in the area. I go out of my way to visit pet valu over any other pets stores. Their displays are set up so that they have so much to offer without overcrowding and overwhelming. The store associates are extremely helpful and well informed. My furbabe has issues with eating. Weve spoon-fed, hand-fed, and force-fed him. His diet is always all over the place and thats extremely stressful for us and of course him. I cant remember his name, but a male store associate has always been quick to assist customers with their questions and lead them in the right direction. I would have never found the food I needed for my Greyhound for another year when I finally exhausted all my food options. Stella and Chewys food mixer is what he showed me, gave me many different samples, and now our pooch is happily eating a normal diet, twice a day. No fuss. No stress. No empty pockets and returned cans of food and kibble. Thank you Pet Valu for educating your employees and hiring down to earth professionals. It makes all the difference.

Polite staff and à nice assortment of pet products. Offers self help dog baths which is our go to for bathing our large dog. Baths are clean and they offer a variety of shampoos to use, clean towels to dry the dog and hair dryers. Slightly more expensive than big chain, but not much more. Definitely a place I like to support and keep in business.

I have been going to Pets Plus in Lansdale for over a year now and I cant stand it for a number of reasons. I decided to give this place a try and was happy to see that its a nice little place with pretty much anything you could need for your dog or cat. It is clean, the employees are nice, and I will definitely be going back.

The place is great. The store is clean and the workers are very nice and smart. They always greet me when I come in and show me where I can find my things. They have high quality things better than pet store chains that offer you cheap things that are overpriced. Everything is perfect price and will last a long time

This place was a wonderful find! The employees are great, always asking if i need help and very knowledgeable. I always enjoy coming here. Most of all, I love how they are so supportive of rescues and adoptions, they dont sell dogs aka they dont support puppy mills. Keep up the good work!
