I like the convenience of the store not being too big, however my animal contracted grain mites from the meal worms. I noticed a foul odor from the container, picked the dead ones out, and 3 days later my pet had mites covering him. I looked closely at worms and realized they were covered. I now had to release an animal back into the wild that was not fully rehabilitated. Not a satisfied customer and will never shop there agian.

When I went to pet village, the manager gave me a strange look. I noticed that some of the fish were in the open. I grabbed the fish out of the aquarium with my bare hands and took a bite out of it. It was not a pleasant experience. Even though I disliked the managers look, the fish was delicious. 10/10

When i visited pet village, i noticed the dogs were in a cage and i thought that they would feel lonely so i opened all the cages and let the dogs run free. i got bit a few times but it was worth it and the employees didnt look happy but it was fun.

there were many loose snakes one happened to sneak its way into my bag after purchasing many dog treats for my cat.i didnt notice the snake until it was too late it ate all the treats. then contracted diabetes.

When I went into the store I saw a giant parrot which I thought was fake. It wasnt. That giant parrot was real. I would like to purchase all these animals and free them to mother nature.

great pet store, good prices, and variety of animals not found in alot of other stores. ive bought a few koi fish from this place over the years. i definitely recommend
