Not inviting, I went here three times and never was greeted or asked if I needed help. Today I went to get dog food and Im looking for the brand and the associate was right next to me fixing the bags not once asking if I needed help. Its a disgrace and I never plan on going back here again. No type of friendly customer service. Id rather drive all the easy to PetKare II on 72 or out the way than go up the road to this place .

This place is fantastic!! I was at my nerves end with Vet fees. Our cat was breaking out with itching and hair loss. One visit at Concord and their knowedge helped our cat tegain her dignity. It was her diet. Who knew? Not her vet thats for sure. I described her constant symptoms and the staff at Concord suggested a knew food. She loves it and her knew hair growth. Such a lady!! Lol

The moment you walk in the door you feel like youre being stared at. Every employee you associate with is SNOBBY. Save the trip & go to Petco on Kirkwood Highway, or Greenbank also on Kirkwood Highway.

Great spot very honest people who seem to love what they do. (They have a blonde haired woman there though who is very mean) They have this guy who always has a red heart on his shirt he is helpful.

This is my favorite Concord Pets location around! They always have the cat food I need and if I tell them they are out of something, they order it for me. Great customer service as well!
