We always have been going here with our two dogs to the grooming salon. Everything went well at first with the workers there being nice and all. We came back and walked up to the register to pay for our dogs and found that there was a nail grinding charge for 12 dollars. We never knew the difference between nail grinding and clipping and weve never been asked the question since we have been going here. So, no big deal, we ask to speak with the manager. She comes over and takes off the 12 dollars but then calls the grooming salon to confirm what was going on. Obviously the grooming salon is going to say that they did the nail grinding but we were never aware of that happening. The manager goes into deep detail of the difference between nail grinding and clipping. At the end of the conversation, she gave us a bad attitude with saying "you need to tell them next time that you dont want nail grinding." We then come home and realize our dogs werent even properly groomed. We had specific instructions on how to groom them and they did a terrible job. It looked like as if they didnt get groomed. We spent 100 dollars for a crappy job. I guess we have to take our business elsewhere. Poor quality customer service is all im going to say for this place.

My husband and I paid $200.00 for Beginner and Intermediate dog training. On our very first session, the trainer, Linda, asked if our dog was in heat. We responded with no, but we had the diaper on our dog to make sure that she didnt use the restroom in the training area. Linda said "well, shes never going to learn that way, is she?" in front of 4 other dog owners. All we were trying to do is make sure if she had a mistake that we wouldnt be making a mess. She embarrassed us in front of other people. Please do not go to Linda unless you are ready for that type of treatment. We will be seeking other trainers and will not return for business here ever again in regards to training or boarding.

Store is fine. Dont go to the day camp. Over crowded with dogs. My dogs became infected with conjunctivitis while there. Yet I was forced to have my dogs cleared by my vet for what turned out to be nothing.

They do a great job grooming our very temperamental dog. He hates it, but they love him. At least they say they do. And our dog looks great.
