Michelle is amazing! She helped myself and my puppy(Carry) navigate the self wash, and even assisted by clipping Carrys nails for a small fee. I needed a new collar and ended up walking out with some new toys and a yard leash too! Michelles professionalism and sweet charismatic personality made it easy to understand what I was buying and trust her recommendations. She was absolutely wonderful with Carry and thankfully dealt with her jumpy hyper attitude! The store was really well kept and every employee I had encountered was just as joyful. This was an overall great experience and I will definitely be going there again! :)

I was told a tank kid was being special ordered and I would be called a few days later when it was in. Now, over a week of constantly calling and stopping in and asking about the order, I am being told they were never able to make the order. I was never called to be told it was not going to be ordered. Also, they are constantly out of crickets and when they do have them I have to wait in the store for a long time for someone to come help me.

Great store! The dog wash is the best! The dog wash of this location is much better than the doylestown area location that requires constant feeding of coins like a car wash. The Telford location is clean and doesnt require coins to wash your dog, just go in and start washing. We drive out of our way to this location because its so good.

I decided to take a ride out here to get some new food for my cats. The staff was wonderful! My son had a great time and even pet his first animal outside of a cat and dog and loved it. Its a bit of a drive for me but will be going there from her on out.

Good local pet store not as many options as a PetSmart but still good enough to run into in a pinch. They also participate with v.i.p private a mobile vet which is very convenient
