Extremely unfriendly. My wife and I have spent a lot of money here on various products for our cat, and weve been treated poorly for the last time. We wont be coming back. Well visit Pet Supplies Plus instead (on Paoli Pike, a short ride away) for all our future needs, even if it does add a few minutes to our drive. Were not picky. All we want out of our customer service experience is perhaps a hello, did you find everything alright, thank you, have a good day. You wont find any of that here, especially from the male clerks. They look like they are miserable, and they let you know it.

Im not sure what is up with some of the staff at this place, but whenever my husband and I walk into this aesthetically pleasing pet store the staff is not very friendly (not all of the staff, but the one male with long hair is very rude). I just dont get it! My husband and I just picked up some cat cans 30 minutes ago and the same rude non-interaction occurred! Not one "hello" or "have a nice night"...Not one word to my husband while checking out or "would you like a bag" (same male with long hair working). This isnt the first time!

Convenient, nice to support smaller businesses over chain stores. Prices are perhaps a smidge higher than Amazon, but we like having a local pet store and value the friendly and great customer service - they are knowledgeable about everything weve ever inquired about. Great community resource. We adopted our pet from the West Chester store.

Called ahead asking for something specific and they said they had it. When I went there, they didnt have what I needed. They were very friendly and polite and offered to order it for me. While I appreciate the effort, it was irritating to drive all the way there and not get what I needed.

Love their selection! Theyve always been super helpful when Ive had questions. The occasional treat sample is a pretty nifty way to find new things my dog will like too.
