Go in to store rarely. Scranton staff and cashiers were friendly helpful and nice. Since closed sorry to say. The wilkes barre store just the opposite. No greeting when coming into store. Cashier was unfriendly rude when questions I had asked her..she didnt know.not helpful at all.No one on floor looked for awhile went to cashier who was starring into space for help she reluctantly called someone..seem to be quite an effort. This is why I go to Petsmart..but needed an item which they were out of. Bad experience at Petco terrible customer service .

The wonderful girl that was working yesterday morning , is absolutely your greatest employee . I, was looking to buy. Beta fish , and she was busy putting in a new supply of that fish , that had just come in . She stopped what she was doing , to help me . I, so appreciate that , she showed me every beautiful fish , and found me the most beautiful , fish I have ever seen . Keep up the good work , by having such a great employee . Customers service is extremely rude. Continue to bounce you thru departments til being redirected back to CS. Girl named Jennifer was so nasty, Ill never patron this location again. Such a shame to lose a customer from the last 8 years when inquiring over something very simple. Disgusting attitudes.

Another Pet Store with a bit of an outdated interior. The flooring looks like it could be replaced/repaired. Prices are competitive with other big box pet stores, but some items tend to be more expensive for the same item. Service is good, but the overall store feels a little "old" and lackluster.

Most workers there do not know what theyre doing. The fish are kept in wrong conditions and do not explain how to take care of the pets properly. 0/10, would not go again. Ever.

For Petco, this is one of their best stores. The above said, dont expect anyone to be treated equally specially if your pet does not look the part.
