We were anticipating getting a puppy. The day before we picked him up we went to the pet store to prepare for his homecoming, just like soon to be new parents in the baby isle at Target we oohed & awwed, but in the end we got what we thought we needed & headed to the check out. When we got there we went to the end of the checkout line to wait. The next register opened up and we were called over. This is when we met Patty. And boy are we happy we did! As we started to up our selections she asked "Is someone getting a new puppy." To which we answered "Yes!" She picked up a magazine and signed us up for a petsmart card & the new puppy promos that were going on. She advised us on what we should still get, a better kind of food for our new pup, & price matched our dog crate to petsmart dog crate online (a $40 savings)! We are extremely thankful for her assistance and we have had our pup Gordon for a week now, we are going to take him in today to get him a harness & a leash. We hope to see Patti and introduce her to Gordon!

The grooming dept. Needs alot of work. I tokk my dog in the first time and asked for a teddy bear cut. What i got was not even close. They forgot to clip dual claws, didnt clean her ears, and she tuffs of hair all over her legs. I took her back and the fixed it for free. I gave them another chance. The second time i did her nails before she went in. But once again they didnt do her ears and her legs were even worse this time. Another groomer had to teach this groomer how to do a teddy bear cut and she ended up taking a chunk out of the fur on her face. I have never had any formal training but i do a way better job myself. I like the convenience of taking her to a groomer but they will never touch my dog again. Especially not for $60. I work 6 days a week. I dont have the time but i guess ill have to make time.

We have a basset hound with separation anxiety. The groomers told us theyd be done in about 3 hours, but we got a call in 1 that she was ready. They were really nice and told me she wasnt that bad, but I tipped em $10 anyway. I know the bay of a basset and it couldnt have been as pleasant an experience as they said it was. 5 stars for customer service!

I went here for a Cory Catfish and got a gourami too. The worker in the fish department said it was a peaceful fish and it wouldnt bother my goldfish or my betta. About three days later it killed my betta and almost killed my goldfish until I moved it to a different tank. I was lied to and it killed a $10 betta that Ive had for a year and a half.

Best customer service and puppy school instructor. The staff vares about animals and can help unsure pet parents to decide on what items and food are the best for their pet and life style. They dont just try to sell you expensive things you dont need and they dont try to upsell you things you didnt come for

I brought my miniture poodle to be groomed. specifically told them I wanted a teddy bear cut and showed them a picture. I picked up my dog and he looks like a shaved sheep.Not even close to what I wanted. Not to mention his nails are bleeding from being cut too short....Stay Away From This Place!

Lots of stuff but good luck finding anything specific. Not an employee in sight. I was shopping for a fountain water dish and got covered in dust and dirt when I picked it up to look at it. Yuk... Probably wont go there again..

I will never shop6there again. My son wanted a goldfish and they refused to sell me one. I hate this store and know my son is very upset. Even talked to the manager and he was a jerk. They lost my business Hate this store.

They had the bearded dragon cages temperature at 89 degrees!! Bearded need 100-110 degrees in there cages. Also the humidity was at 41% and it should be 10-30% they dont take care of these reptiles! Bad review for Petsmart.

Amazing experience, my dogs haircut is outstanding, exactly what I wanted! The staff is also very kind. Usually my dog hates going back to the groomers.... When he is at petsmart he loves it! (And the awesome groomers!)

What is the point of a pet store that doesnt carry anything? Went in for: ferret treats, fish tank thermometers, fruit fly culture. Nothing in stock. Everytime I go here they have nothing I came here for.

The staff was so helpful , Im glad I came in for my babies needs , Im only sorry I didnt catch any names but all the staff that was in and around the fish section were very nice ,, Ill stop by again soon

We have a BullMastiff who is our big Teddy bear and the staff here are great for all her grooming needs. The staff is great and do wonderful grooming we remain regulars! Mischa actually enjoys going!

Big selection and clean store. I love that they help local shelters adopt out cats and dogs. My only complaint if any, would be there is not enough staff on registers which causes long lines at times.

The store could become more knowledgeable about the animals theyre selling. The fish always look like theyre about to die.. Sometimes they are dead so its up to you if you want to look at that

Prices are a bit high but at least they have a good selection. Cant speak on the staff as I have yet to have a staff member ask me if I needed help. Some things you can find cheaper online.

Good selection and fair prices but they lack staffing and there is usually a line at the registers so be ready for a 10 minute wait at the register

Terrible return policy and the manager lied right to my face about the date I purchased an item. Terrible store. Pet supplies plus is way better!!

Best selection of clothes here, unfortunately, they dont carry Stella and Chewys or primal brands, so just clothes!
