I would just like to start off by saying, this place is no where near a puppy mill. My boyfriend and I have both purchased two dogs from this very store and both animals were very loyal, friendly and loving dogs. Of course when you go into a store like this to get an animal youre going to have some dogs and/or other animals that may bite or may not react to you the nicest way...BECAUSE THEY ARE A BABY. It takes love an attention to make them good animals. Also the prices are not that unreasonable, you are getting a purebred dog with papers and also up to 4 generations of their pedigree is available to purchase if you are that concerned with where your dog is coming from. All the girls in there were very helpful with us when we were picking out a puppy. We picked out a 3 month old Norwegian Elkhound about 2 months ago, they brought the puppy into the play area (which they made sure was clean before putting him in there after other dogs may have soiled), they werent breathing down your backs, of course trying to help other customers, but they did check in on us every so often. we sat there for about an hour debating on whether or not we should get another dog at this time in our lives. when we asked if there was a way that we could think about it for a little while before making a definite decision, they told us that they could hold the puppy for 24 hours but after that theyd have to let him be available for adoption again. this was on a Wednesday and we were not off again until a Friday and we told them and they extended to holding hours. They also offer financing now for the animals so if you cant pay the total up front you either make 3 payments and pay the same price with an extra 9 months of vet coverage or take the year to pay them off with interest. This is a GREAT thing, especially for young people/couples that havent had the best credit but can afford to pay for the dog because not only can you do small payments that are easier for you to afford but it also helps out with building your credit. we still go into the store to get our animal food and bring our dog with us to see the girls and for them to see our dog and how hes grown. Those girls in there care for these animals as much as they can with out getting too attached which is good otherwise theyd probably try to bring them all home..lol and they couldnt have treated our dog as terribly as some of these reviewers think because my dog gets so excited to see them every time. All in all I think this is a great place to get a puppy or other animals from because of the girls that help run it, the quality of an animal you will get (depending on how well of an owner and trainer you are), and the help that offer with financing. I have been here several times and I will continue to return to this pet store and continue to recommend people to get their puppies from here.

My first impression walking into this store was complete disgust. I was instantly hit with the stench of unclean cages, which upon viewing only helped to verify the smell. First, i saw the the guinea pigs and rabbits were all in dirty cages with dirty water. The water in which they were drinking was coming from a small bowl.. i have never in my life ever seen any kind of rodent drink from anything other than a dispenser, this being because thats the only thing they are supposed to drink out of! Next off I come across the kittens. Theres these two adorable Siamese kittens that instantly caught my attention. I could see the one was trying to get to something behind the cage on the wall, thinking it was a bug or something i bent down to look and saw it trying to stick its paws through the bars and into the power outlet located directly within reach! Next I move on to the puppies... First thought when I see them? Puppy mill dogs. No doubt in my mind. Each dog is way overpriced, underweight, dehydrated, unclean, and sad. Each dog is in a super tiny cage, the bottom is thin bars so when they use the bathroom the urine falls through unto some news paper underneath. The bars arent nearly wide enough to allow fecal matter through which explains why some had it stuck in their coats. Feeling so sorry for these poor animals, my boyfriend and I decided to take out a tiny husky puppy. It took about 10 minutes to finally get the lady to answer us or even give us the time of day. She takes out the puppy and places him in a little area for us to go into to play with him. Upon first seeing him We noticed he seemed way underweight(we soon found out he was about 3 months old), his ribs were showing through his coat which was matted in areas and had fecal matter in it. Not only that but he wouldnt acknowledge any kind of human attention. He didnt want to be pet and would only run from us, he seemed very skittish and got aggressive when we tried to take his toys to play with him. He nipped at my boyfriends face and even ended up biting my hand. He obviously wasnt brought up around any kind of good attention from people. What really gets me is that the workers pay absolutely no attention to whomever is with the dogs and obviously dont care about their behavior with people either. I was completely disgusted with this place and would love love LOVE to see it get shut down. Disgusting.

the poor people who actually BUY the dogs there are poor suckers, i just so happened to be there getting crickets for my savannah monitor when im guessing the owner parked in front, told the 1 girl she had a new puppy, and out loud said " we paid 50, mark him at 750, and bathe him"....inside my head i thought "omg are you serious!!!", but out loud i just gave her a disgusted look as i left... and on top of that while i was wandering around the store to my shock there was a side note board i saw in the back room marked beside the puggle they had in store an asterisk with "bites", and "no kids" but the girl attending to the cages just ereased "great with kids very friendly" beside the dogs description, and i noticed last week they no longer give descriptions on their temperaments or dispositions.....quite shady place....theyre version of "puppy sale" which is advertised in the window is...pay any where from 50-80$s a WEEK, which im not sure if theyve changed that to bi-weekly or monthly now, but omg...seriously...paying 4-1000$s for a MUTT puppy....they provide NO legit breeder papers even though they will almost always say theyre purebred...BS... and i disagree with cbxman, i intentionally spent an hour in the store just making it look like i was torn making decisions about what i wanted to buy....not once did i see a store person acknowledge the 2 puppies who were in the TINY box they put them in...and when i decided i was almost done i asked to see a puppy and the 1 girl i asked said shed rather not take him out unless i wanted to buy him b/c she didnt want to put the other 2 away....i said "hmm oh really....well then keep your over priced mutts b/c this place is just a stationary scam"...it really is... their prices are higher than any other place i know of...except on feeders...
