OVERALL RATING AT THE BOTTOM! Friendly staff for the most part. Good products for an average price. Not always affordable, but overall the products are reliable. I dont like the grooming so much, however, because I suspect they were rough with my puppy. She used to let me bathe her, but after letting them do it twice, she growls and snaps at me! Its not like her at all. They do a good job on her nails though. But be careful! The groomers are very clever at getting you to agree to extra purchases. They almost got me a couple of times. They poorly explain the packages and you end up spending $40-$50 on what couldve been $20-$30. Also, the trainer is very pushy about trying to get you to sign up for lessons. Theyre never rude about it, but annoyingly persistent. When the customer says no, you should just leave it alone. Overall, not bad. Although, Ive never been super impressed with any Petco. OVERALL RATING: 6/10 (Average)

Due to the fact we move so often I have been to many Petcos to get my Yorki groomer and was not happy with this one to say the least. For starters they didnt type my phone # right so I finally called 3 hours later after dropping off my dog to see what the hold up was. When I picked her up her hair was longer then I had requested and they didnt offer to fix it. They are very over priced, I think I payed $47 for that basic shampoo, glands, nails and cut. But what really upset me is they didnt express the glands and two weeks later my dog had leakage and I had to do it myself because they were so full. I later called to complain and they didnt try to resolve the probem. They also said sometimes they cant express them but they need to let the owners know when this happens! I will not bring my dog back.

The staff at this Petco are very friendly and helpful but I was not pleased with the grooming. I brought my bernedoodle in for a trim and specifically asked them not to trim his face and to leave his fur fairly long. We discussed the length and I left thinking the groomer and I were on the same page. When I picked him up 4 hours later, his face had been buzzed, eye lashes shaved, and hair much shorter than I had asked for. The groomer was very sweet and the manager is giving us a full refund, but I will definitely not be taking my dog back to any Petco to be groomed again. Like I said before- the staff is extremely friendly but I just was not pleased with my particular grooming experience.

Overall the store is pretty good, my issue was with grooming. I have taken my dog many times before and it was good. This time they decided to shave my dog bald, I was very upset that I almost cried when I saw him. I was not expecting him to look the way he did. I explained to the people that my dog need certain spots shaved because of his hair being matted, but instead they shaved him bald everywhere except his head. Im very upset and disappointed. Ill be taking my dog somewhere else for his next appointment.

The grooming here is expensive for the shoddy quality. I have an American Eskimo and a golden retriever, they always come out chopped up. The last time my Eskimo pup stepped on a grate and it tore her toenail off. The manager did take her to the vet for free, but still shouldnt happen. I also have no proof that she was taken to the vet. The staff is friendly enough. My main complaint is the price. For my 2 dogs the total was $156. I do not recommend.

The customer service here is awful and the poor fish have dead fish in their tanks and their water is too warm. I got a goldfish and did everything I was supposed to do (this isnt my first time at the goldfish rodeo) only to find it dead the next morning. The poor thing was probably already sick from being in warm water with a rotting body. Learn how to take care of your fish and your customers please

They have a decent selection of fish, birds, reptiles and some rodents. There are $1 per gallon sales in the spring and fall on fish tanks. There is a nice selection of toys and I can bring my pet inside. Its a bit more expensive than some places, cheaper than local stores in some regards. I always get a good feeling from the staff here. Nice, clean, well kept store.

We got 2 new fish from here to add to our already established tank. The two fish died and killed 2 of my other fish in less than a week my kids were devastated. The only thing petco offered to do was test my water but I knew it was Their fish that were the cause because every tank in there store had dead fish floating in them. Not buying from them again

Although they didnt have the litter I was looking for when I first went, the person I asked to help me, Adriano, seemed genuinely interested in trying to get it for me. When I went back a few weeks later, he recognized me and asked me if I had had any luck finding it since then. I didnt expect someone to have remembered.

I love bring my pup to Petco. I would say they have a good selection of everything. There is always some type of dog treat on sale. The cashier was friendly and even mentioned I could grab another bag of treats for free since there was a sale on them..score!

Friendly customer service, looks nice and is clean, lots of supplies. They got plenty of fish and birds but tend to have a harder time keeping the furry animals in stock. They seem to be sold out or empty way too often. The prices are a little steep.

I got two parakeets and the customer service was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there prices are so high. However even with the price being high they said if anything happened to my birds I could bring them back.

Even though they have a wide variety of foods and animal supplies, its very expensive. Locally if you are looking for Blue Buffalo, youll spend $60+ only because they are the only game in town that carries it

Petco has a wide variety of pet supplies, but they are a tad pricey. If you have any questions, you are better off looking it up for yourself than asking the uninformed employees!

Its a smaller Petco, but still has all the essentials. I like watching for their sales, because some items seem expensive.
