I like TSC but will never return to the store in Eynon, they have the worst customer service. They automatically say they do not have an item in stock without searching and will even say the item is discontinued so as not to bother, but other stores carry it and online it shows item in stock in this particular store. Also, there is never a manager on site every time Ive asked to speak with one.

Its a good store for whatever tinkering you are doing. Great selection. Occasionally the employees are not as helpful of as knoledgable as you want.
