So angry at the Petco on 25th street in Easton PA. JUST drove 30 min to Petco to get the blue buffalo puppy pack w coupons for all stuff puppy. They wouldnt give me the coupons because I didnt bring his paperwork. The tv commercial didnt say to bring puppy paperwork. Why would I want coupons for puppy stuff if I didnt have a puppy??? I even had pictures of the puppy from greenfield puppies and pics of our puppy obviously the same dog and that wasnt good enough. Well since I drove 30 min to get there and they didnt care I will use my local pet shop that is 3 miles away. I left Petco without buying anything. So Petco just lost hundreds of dollars of business training $250 will go to Washington Pets my local pet shop. All my puppy toys and grooming will again go to someone else. Food every two weeks Washington pet will get my business. My time is important, my opinion of your store is important and obviously you dont care about making your customers happy. Long time Petco customer that will never shop at any of your stores again. Here is to local companies that care about my opinion, my time and my hard earned money!!!

Yesterday we went to petco on Easton Ave 18017 to buy fish food and a dog bowls because I left the bowls at work that I had bought for my foster. First, we were allowed to pet ferrets (prior to mh having kids I had 8 but 7 at one time. My kids have always asked for a ferret). At the checkout my kids told the cashier about our new poochie we adopted from a foster/shelter. She gave us a coupon book, advise and said we should bring poochie in. Which we did today. I dont know the young ladys name. She had reddish hair. Today I went in for a collar to help me walk my new charge. At this point the 10 month old walks me. Both the red haired girl and the other cashier called the trainer over who gave me advise on not only the lead I should use but how to walk poochie, classes my kids would also attend, what I should feed her for optimal long term health and so much more. I am so glad I went in. I LOVE this place.

The lady who helped me was extremely rude, I always went to the one in Whitehall who price matched their Web site or even other stores but when I asked this lady she quickly dismissed me and said no. She was very unfriendly and rude will never be returning to this location. The one in Whitehall is the place to go.

Friendly place every staff greeted me as I walk through the store no adoptable pets also store little bit weirdly laid out as half looks like its another business on the other side of a 8 ft wall
