I wrote out an email to PetSmarts customer service department regarding my last visit. I have pasted it here for your viewing-- buyer beware. Certainly shop here, if you want to be treated like crap. "Worst customer service experience ever. This man (who wasnt wearing a name tag-- lucky him) working in the fish department was so engrossed in cleaning the tanks that when I asked for assistance he seemed extremely disgruntled like I was wasting his time. Let me add that this isnt the gentleman with the long ponytail, he has helped me before and is always very courteous. This was someone else, short blonde hair and in serious need of an attitude adjustment. I told him what fish I wanted to purchase today, and he asked what tank size I have at home. When I told him, he turned his back on me to retrieve the fish and over his shoulder stated "Well you better keep the receipt, it probably wont live." I wasnt even going to indulge him with a response. I just quietly watched him retrieve the fish, and walked to check out so I could pay and leave. At no point did this man offer advice or a suggestion as to another fish I should purchase for the size of my tank, nor did he thank me for coming in today or ask me first if I needed help. If I treat people like that where I work, I either get written up or fired. His behavior was absolutely inexcusable. I know good, honest people who are out of work, and you employ this rude man who does nothing more but spread his negativity to others. I hope he is dealt with accordingly so that others wont have to leave your store feeling the way I did-- angry, hurt, and unwelcome. I wont be shopping here for a very long time, Ill take my money elsewhere where Ill be treated with respect." I have yet to hear back from PetSmart regarding my feedback.

Decent selection of animals and products, a lot of additional services as well such as grooming or training. I did manage to go 20 minutes in the store without anyone asking if I needed assistance (for some thats good, for others not so much) store seemed lightly staffed as well. Some aisles seemed really cramped with only enough room for one person at a time.

Its like Target for pets. They have a large selection of toys, food and accessories. You can adopt a cat here from a local non-profit. While we didnt get our cat at the store, we did go to their shelter to look at others. Never had an issue finding anything, but could see how it would be confusing your first time or two.

Very large location and most importantly knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a large selection of inventory and and most importantly especially if your hobby is fish tanks they have a very large selection of well maintened and healthy fish and aquarium products...great store for all your pet needs

I come here often to purchase the high quality dog food and other items that are not available at other retailers. Its a good sign when you see the stock workers working their new freight they receive everyday of the week so you know youre getting the newest supply of items.

This store has any possible food, toy, grooming product or amenity for any & all pets. My only problem is deciding from the huge inventor which dog food I want to buy! Pet Smart also has a large grooming department and a large clientele. I highly recommend this store.

A basic bath and brush took over 2 hours, her paws and pads werent trimmed as specified online and her fur was still damp. The team members were all very very friendly and when I called they offered for me to come back and have it done. Just so frustrating.

Good for premium pet food and friendly service. But, the store during the summer months is awfully hot and muggy inside. Can get to the point to where you just rush to the cashier to pay and leave or just leave with nothing.
