Terrible customer service. I went into this location (about 30 min from me) to pick up a large fish tank. The young lady that was working in that area didnt approach me. She approached a father and daughter who were comparing fish to nemo, but not me. After searching down all of the aquatic and reptile aisles for the tank I wanted to pick up without any luck, I approached her. She had no idea where the 55gallon tanks were. Or a 55 gallon starter. Eventually I found it. And then waited in line because there was only one register open. There were plenty of staff hanging out by the registers, but just one girl trying to process someones transaction of 50 cans of food and a page of coupons. I tried to stay positive and just smiled at the dogs coming in and out while the staff worried about running out of dog treats instead of the person standing there for eternity. But the last straw was the fact that when I opened my kit, the filter was missing and all customer service could do for me was tell me to go back to the store. Oh, and that I may or may not need to lug this 55 gallon tank back just to prove I never got it. They werent sure. Safe to say that not only will I never go back to this location, but I will not be shopping Petsmart again.

WORST STORE/ EXPERIENCE EVER!! Ive shopped in this store for years, purchasing either feeder fish or other fish tank products, my daughter and I have been ignored on numerous occasions. Weve counted atleast 8 or 9 times. We stood directly in front of the tanks Mon & today over 10 minutes without receiving any help, finally we decided to just walk out... We BOTH feel like it was due to our race. Pet Smart will NEVER receive another dime of my money!

I love the Glen Mills Petsmart groomers - everyone is so nice and attentive. My dogs, all 5 of them, get all excited when we go there. They are groomed well and any areas of concerns are brought to my attention. The grooming is very inexpensive relative to other groomers, and the dogs leave happy, and adorably groomed. The staff is very friendly, and as busy as they are, they always take the time to talk about each dog. 5 stars!

Highly upset! The website says they do 7pm grooming, so we set up an appt for their 7-9pm window. Then they called us to say they dont do 7pm appts and asked if we could bring her in around 5:30pm and I said Id do my best because we live 45 min away. Due to traffic, we arrived at 5:40pm and were told we couldnt be seen. Wasted gas and time!!
