I already reviewed petfection on Facebook but I think its really important that I give them another review on here, John and Monique have to be one of the most genuine people in this business, they are always there to answer any questions and give you honest advice , no matter how busy they are or how many questions you have they take the time out to help you , you are never going to find that in any other pet store. Unfortunately for me I did buy a bearded dragon from another pet store next time I will know better because of his amount of health problems, their stores clean, and most importantly their animals are happy and healthy. I went to get my birds wings clipped. When I arrived, he quickly told us he couldnt help. At first we didnt need an appointment, but the second time when we went he said, that now we need an appt. My husband is always working. This was the little bit of free time we had. He wouldnt help us, even after we told him our situation. Sometimes its a good idea to help a customer, for their sake and not your own. In addition, he answered a call before speaking with us, had to pick someone up and even said he wasnt suppose to be there today... Any excuse. If hes too busy to help someone, then maybe his shop should be closed... He want too busy to chat up the previous customer.

Honestly had no idea this was where it is, the owner said they recently moved and Im so glad they did. My boyfriend and I went to 3 different pet stores in Stroudsburg/Bartonsville (all big name stores) just to find vitamin and calcium dust. My boyfriend spotted this store on the way home and they have everything we need for our geckos and more. We will be back :)

Petfections is a haven for animals and their owners. John is an expert in his field and is so generous in sharing this knowledge with others. We have purchased several exotic pets from them and they have all been healthy and well adjusted which shows the personal attention each animal receives while awaiting their forever home.

Went in today and was greeted by the owner and her family who were all very helpful. They had everything that I needed. Their reptiles all looked healthy and well taken care of. Lots of different species and a variety of color morphs of those species. I will definitely be visiting again.
