I shopped here twice. The first time it was as if the cashier (and other sales associate at the store) were too good to smile or even be nice to me while checking out. First impression was not good at all. Gave them a 2nd chance (only because the store is a few exits away from my home) and spent over $170 with my fiance. Bought a self refilling (dog) water bowl during the last visit which was missing a piece. The woman behind the counter told us it was non returnable which was fine (we were NOT returning the item after all). My fiance and I got home and opened it the night after we bought it. Glad we did that even though the dog we bought it for does not come home for another 2 weeks. Turns out that we were missing a filter and a holder for it (we bought extra refills that were useless without the plastic holder/basket). Went back to the store the next day after finding out it was missing (two days after purchase), we had our receipt. Told them the filter holder was missing (a plastic piece which I could have made myself- its nothing more than a flexible piece of plastic that pops into two slots in the plastic). We showed how another on the shelf had the piece that ours did not. They did not want to believe it was missing (I guess we looked like plastic filter holder thieves)... mind you this was $36 plus $10.99 for the refill filters... we should have a total of 4 filters (one which someone else stole from the unit) but we only have the 3 from the refill pack which we bought. The woman behind the counter argued that we should have KNOWN what was missing before we bought it. How do we know its missing if its something new for us (why else are we buying one?) Finally, after they saw my fiance was not leaving without the piece, she gave in, we got the missing part from a complete set... Neither myself nor my fiance will shop here again.

As a long time customer of their cat food, I wanted to exchange unused canned food that my cat did not like. I had bought it only 3 weeks prior. I did not have a receipt, and they charged me a 30% restocking fee! That meant that I returned 20 cans and only got 14 cans in exchange! Most stores that value their regular customers will let you exchange (same brand, same price point, non expired item) without a penalty. I started to protest, but girl behind counter was all too willing to argue about it. They lost me as a customer, and now I am buying at a better price, from Amazon!

If it wasnt for the older gentleman working here i would not shop here. You will understand once one of the younger cocky kids try to answer your simple questions about a simple harness for your dog or even treats. Good Luck!
