Small place with limited variety of dog food. They have moved 3 doors down but its no better. Most employees are not overly friendly or helpful. Beta fish never looked good. Cat adoption located in the front is more like 2 women who think they are in the FBI or CIA. Their clearance to give you a homeless cat off of the streets of Philadelphia is way invasive - asking for your drivers license number, if you own your house, if you have a job and where exactly you work......Im surprised they dont ask for your bank account number, salary and how much your house is worth! I get that they want to know you but Way too much! I didnt get the cat because woman said Id have to take 2 cats, one of which I never even saw. This devalues the pet store to me. Poor.

So sad to hear your Partnership with Kitty Adoption Team in Blue Bell is ending. They are a wonderful rescue, have saved thousands of kitties and brought lots of business into your store.

Employee wasnt helpful. Dog dryer was broken and employee knew but didnt say. Also, no handicap for older dogs.
