Needed to get my Pit Bulls nails trimmed before Thanksgiving and most places were booked (that seemed decent). Some people shy away from dogs such as mine, but they greeted him excitedly and without judgement. He is extremely loving and friendly but scared of most everything, especially new places. They did a great job trying to make the experience simple and quick. The man that trimmed his nails (I wish I had caught his name!) was very gentle with my dog and seemed really happy to be there, and it was the end of the day! The location is a beautiful quiet neighborhood and the people were very welcoming and friendly. The process was very streamlined as there was no paperwork--which is good for anyone in a hurry. They also had great unique supplies (collars, toys, etc) that you cant get at your standard box store Feeders/PetSmart/Petco. They made me feel welcome and my dog comfortable, which is what matters most to me. We will be regulars from here on out!

took my Greyhound in for grooming and nails a few times. everyone was friendly, and best of all my dog smells great, looks great, and is not shedding at home :) Great items in the store also, some neat things if you are a pet owner, or need a neat gift for a pet owner

We bring our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel there regularly to Cassie. They are the best we have found in the area. Great service, reasonably priced and they do a wonderful job. and ASHA loves it there.
