Do not take your dog to the groomers here! Paid for the works, and got only the minimum no nails cut, or ears cleaned, plus both my dogs where cowering behind the desk when I picked them up, as I could hear another dog in the back room being yeld at told to stop it!! then the dog yelping.....my oldest dog was limping when I was walking them through the parking lot back to my car. The staff are fake and nice to your face but God only knows what they do once your not there, never again will I be using this grooming service, Im shocked and sick to my stomach that I left my boys with these people that are meant to be caring to pets....far from it!

Please get rid of your fish section you dont take good care of them there are dead fish in the tank and I bought at least 6 fish in one month hoping to set up my second aquarium but now I have one and thats with getting four more fish because they died and I finally found out why the neon tetras had dropsy which is lethal to fish so now I have one neon tetra and Im hoping that he survives so please please please get rid of the fish section Im ok with everything else and Im not apart of any humane group every time my fish dies it takes me up to 2 weeks to get over it so please get rid of the fish section.

I came in with my two year old to buy her first fish. Many staff were there and available but not one asked if they could help. I left and went to Walmart. I dont expect customer service there but since Petco didnt provide it I might as well get the lowest cost. I was prepared to spend 100 dollars to get fish and set up a small tank. Im never going there again.

Terrible! Weve taken our dog there for almost 3 years and they called me last night at 6pm to tell me that I needed to bring vaccination records. There was no way for me to get them before my dogs appointment today at noon. I have a job that I have to go to. She wont be going back there.

Todays visit was amazing, we came to get fish for our new aquarium and left with abundance of knowledge. Was great to have an employee there who could explain everything that was needed for a new tank, Overall a great experience.
