Complete idiots! I bought a 3pt log splitter on a Friday(paid for it), told them I would come back Sunday to pick it up, and when I came back on Sunday they had sold it again on Saturday . It took 6 months and a phone to the corporate office to get a log splitter. After 6 months of waiting I called corporate and talked to the regional manager and had my log splitter 30 hours later.

I frequent this store 3 or 4 times per year. While the store seems a little cluttered and tight, they always to have that odd, one-off thing that I need. The staff is always friendly and, the prices seem reasonable.

Unique has its own niche lots of stuff from live baby chickens to wood stoves. Sometimes they have animal clinics
