I took my dogs.A Yorkie and a miniature Schnauzer in for a routine hair cut. My Schnauzer came back with no eyebrows. She was bald on one side of her snout. The other side was so bad. This puppy was also shave on her girl parts and the razor burn so bad I had to put antibiotic of it . I HAD JUST GAVE HER A BATH ON Thursday and brushed her myself .There was no matting except a little on one leg. Petco has no business putting an first time who knows or knew nothing about how to cut a Schnauzer with my dog who is a puppy. I thought I would give a new store business. Please pet lovers just so you know I want nothing from this store . I will not take my pets back there as the Company Petco in my opinion does not need to be in business. I know remember the puppy that made national headlines that got left in a dryer because of groomer wanting to go to a party. I do not understand why this grommer was let do my dogs. She clearly had no clue about Schnauzer hair cuts or any thing else. I am writing the corporation as well .I wish I could do more.Please if you love your pets dont take to Petco. I will post and send before and after pictures of how this dog looked and looks know.I am very hurt and angry for my fur baby.

A great place to shop for your fur baby, or others, needs. A wonderful, friendly, and helpful team is there to answer any and all questions you may have. And IF youre looking for a new family member, then check out the babies up for adoption. Simply awesome, keep up the great work yall!

When I first walked into the store, the store had a very pleasant smell, it didnt smell like a pet store, if you know what i mean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. And they had everything my diva self looks for, for her spoiled diva dogs...

I wanted to share that I had the most wonderful experience taking my lil "Wookiee" to get groomed by Patrick at Petco last weekend. He ended up looking like a brand new dog! Thanks for the fantastic job you did Patrick!! You are awesome!

A little bit more expensive than other pet stores but nice and brand new. Bulk treats are fantastic, our dogs love them.
