Ive never had a problem with the employees or the service at Tracker Supply. My problem is with the products they sale. Ive had problems with just about everything Ive ever bought for here. But please note that I havent shopped her much but the few things I have bought her were crap. I bought an axe handle her and it broke on the first swing. I bought a chainsaw from here and it quit running after 10 minutes of use and would not restart. Bought a set of hedge clippers and one of that handles came off. Bought a drill bit and it wobbled badly (bent some how before I bought it). They did allow me to return all the defective items and gave me refunds but from my experiences, most everything they sale is cheap junk.

Had a young man yesterday morning help us out with a generator that I was getting for family in GA. Went above and beyond normal customer service. Wished I would have gotten his name. Would highly recommend store.
