I originally went to Feeny in Elgin not wanting to go back to Zeigler in Schaumburg where I originally bought my car in 2008. My experience with Zeigler was a train wreck and didnt really want to do business with them again. When I told Anthony Newman and Mike (I dont know his last name) my experience they were all about bashing Zeigler. They went on and on about how Zeigler sells more cars than them because of their shady practices and blah, blah, blah. Long story short, we didnt buy with Feeny because of issues I had with my trade-in (a deceased party on the title (an issue that is obviously not their fault!)) They gave me honest directions on what I should do next (go to the Secretary of State). It was understood from both our side and theirs that a deal wasnt going to be met and we parted ways amicably. Unfortunately, I ended up going back to Zeigler. They were able to be a bit more flexible with my trade-in (I just had to get some documents notarized). When I called Mike at Feeny to ask him to fax me the offer theyd made me he said, "Im not going to help Zeigler sell you a car!" Knowing the situation that we had discussed when my husband and I were there working with him and Anthony and knowing there was a deceased party on my trade-in, wouldnt you think his first reaction wouldnt be "Screw Those Guys!" but more, "What can I do to help these people?" I guarantee you had Mike had a better attitude and a "Customer Focused" mind set, I would have told everyone I know to go to Feeny to buy a car and they would be getting a much different review here! Mike - I hope youre reading this. Im not naive. I know you work for a business that needs to make money. But maybe you should try putting people first and then money, because now, instead of bragging about you, youre just going to get negative reviews on multiple sites. I hope that one day if you or someone in your family is in need of a little help, that whoever helps them puts their situation before a bottom line.

My wife and I were looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler. We knew we wanted a Wrangler but had no idea about the different trims. Not really sure if I wanted to buy or just look. We stopped into Feeny Jeep to take a look. First impressions of the dealership was it was very clean, great cars on the showroom floor, huge inventory in the lot, customer waiting area was great and the sales people seemed mild mannered. We walked around the showroom and we were meet by Corey Steinert a young excited sales man. He asked us if we were ever at Feeny before, what brought us there, etc etc After getting a good feel for what we had in mind he grabbed his coat, opened the door for us and asked us to follow him into the lot. He showed us every Wrangler they had in stock, explaining the differences in trim packages and options. He even told us if we didn t see one we liked he could get one transferred in for us. Once we found one we liked he offered a test drive, which during he explained all the bells and whistles it came with. All during this time Corey made both us of feel comfortable never pushy or making us feel he was being bothered. After the test drive he asked what we thought, if we had any more questions about the Jeep or if we wanted to drive a different one. We went inside and started talking numbers. Which in my past experiences has always been my least favorite thing to do at a car dealership. But, I have to say at Feeny I didn t feel that way, Corey and Larry the new car sales manager made my wife and I feel as important and at home as possible. They gave me an awesome price for our trade in, even a little more then I thought. And, I feel a great price on the new Jeep. We ended up buying it! I am glad that we stopped in and I am really glad that Corey was our sales guy. I will tell friends and family that are looking for a car to make sure they stop and see Corey and at least give him a chance to see what he can do for them. Overall Rating: A +++++++++

Let me first off say if there was half a star or a zero I would do this! Me and my wife enquired about a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali version! My wife sent an email saying we were interested in and even though we lived a hundred miles away we were dead serious about driving to test drive it! If we liked we would buy it right then and there cuz we had the money! My wife talked to April via text message/email on July 18th of 2017! They messaged back and forth saying we would drive there to look at it after she got off work! So I called and asked for April and she was in a meeting, Christina who answered the phone said well I can help you! So I told her we were communicating with April about the Acadia I asked for the sales manager and they were both in a meeting as well! Told her we were very serious about driving to test drive since there wasnt anything near us that had what we wanted! Told her to tell them what is the lowest you guys could go and that we saw another one that was in Des Moines and it was between you and them! She said I will leave a message for them! I waited for 2 hours and got nothing so I called and April just went to lunch after the fact she knew we were contacting her about this car! So left a message again and still as of 1:55pm today July 19th havent heard back at all! This is is so pathetic I cant believe customer service could be this horrible especially when we said we were dead on driving and would buy on the spot if we liked it! Yes I know we live far away but your only as good as your word and we make sure of this and cant get anyone to call us back at all only through text messages/email! Its very sad cuz you wouldve made a sale! By reading all the reviews on here seems like we made the right decision to go where we went even tho it was almost three hours away! You guys should he ashamed!

I found my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited online through Feeny Jeep. I currently have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that is going to my grandson and was looking to purchase brand new. The 2014 Jeep I found online is the exact color and had the interior I was looking for. I emailed to request some more info on the Jeep and received a prompt reply from Elissa Varney. My husband and I went into Feeny a few days later to test drive the Jeep and met Elissa. The moment I met Elissa I had a good feeling about my pending purchase. She is so down to earth and did not pressure us into anything. After test driving the Jeep I knew it was the veh. I was going to purchase. We had stopped at our local Jeep dealership before going to Feeny because it was closer to our home and thought it would be more convenient for service. They did not have what I was looking for, but said they could order a 2015 just like the 2014 at Feeny for $1,000 more. We told them we were going to Feeny to see the 2014 Jeep I found online first before we made any decisions. I told my husband after meeting Elissa that I want to buy my veh. from her. She made me feel very comfortable and non-pressured about my buying experience. We did ask her about upgrading to a 2015 and her price was only $800 more than the 2014. I ended up thinking about it overnite and called her the next morning on her own time to let her know I wanted the 2014. When I got there later that day to purchase and pick up the veh. she had the veh. and all the paperwork ready. She made the transaction very easy! I love my new Jeep! I plan on driving it for years and when my husband is ready to purchase a new veh., Feeny Jeep and Elissa will be our first stop! Thank you Elissa!
