Let me start off by saying my gf is a dumbass. I could have avoided the company entirely if she had just asked the questions I thought she knew to ask. Unfortunately like most people, she didnt ask any important questions. She called about a Vw Beetle on their site for a special $4300, which actually was a decent deal. She called and asked about financing the beetle for $4300. Everything was good, she just had to bring a $1500 deposit, most recent pay stub, etc. So I rent a car one way, take the day off and set off. We get there and the car looks great. We sit down with a very hard to understand salesman that then explains $4300 was cash only. When financing it is $6000. Which Im ready to leave at that point, but I had a one way rental. So I looked to see if any of my banks were close, no.... The closest was about 70miles away. So I listen to their financing plan, but had to ask what the bottom line was.... $8000ish + my $1500 deposit... So I didnt go for that. Then after doing the math they had actually lied on that even, it wouldve worked out to $8,928+ $1500deposit= $10,428 for a car that was advertised as $4300. So I take responsibility and know it was dumb on her/our part, this is an awful company. They were expecting us to pay 242.5% of the asking price. And would have sold it to us thinking we were just paying $4300. I think the worst part is they couldve sold us a car if they would have been honest and upfront with us on the pricing. I wouldve brought $4300 if had known that was the deal. I just wanted her to finance it to help her credit.

This is an ok dealer, just know what youre getting in for. First, my agent lied to me about how long the car was sitting in the lot. He said "a few weeks" which I knew was an outright lie because I had earlier looked up the vin and found it has been listed since October. He wasnt new either so there was no mistaking on his part, as he let me know hes been at the dealer since they opened years ago. This was further proven by how rusted the break rotors were, and how sticky the pedals were. The final proof came from an oil change sticker I found stating the next change was do in September of last year for the same mileage as the car. I could go on, but you get the point, your agent will lie to you like any other car dealer. Thankfully this happened almost immediately into our conversation so I was glad he confirmed himself a liar to me from the start. Second, the car basically came with a dead battery that they tried to hide by asking me to "let it run" while we go inside real quick. This of course is further proof of it sitting for months, but I wanted to point it out specifically as a dishonest practice of trying to hide bad parts. Why am I giving it three stars? Because I still ended up paying what the car was worth, and the atmosphere was never pushy at any point, so you may find a fair deal on something... as long as you know a thing or two about what to look for from a dealer like this.

I Bought a good vehicle. I an very please with the SUV. I love it. However, Dorian in finance is a little shady. He waited until after he electronically deposited my down payment check to to tell me that Credit Acceptance (finance co) requires a lo jack type device installed in your vehicle just in case you dont make your payment, they can electronically shut down your vehicle if you dont make an arrangement. He also waited until he took my down payment check to tell me that Credit Acceptance requires mandatory GAP insurance. Wait, it gets better. He then told me that they do not negotiate on the price of the vehicle unless you pay cash or bring your own financing. Do not let them finance you with Credit Acceptance. Go with Turner or contact Pronto Finance in Schaumburg. Pronto is Better than Turner. If you can try a credit union. Dont worry Tracking devices can not be used to monitor your activity, its against the law. They can only be turned on by the finance company in the event of default. I found out after I took the car home that it had a broken coil spring because I was at the Hyundai Dealer in Elgin buying a remote transponder and when they did the once over on the car. they found it. I was able to get a new coil spring for free on a factory recall. P.S. Jesse Nunez took me out for a test drive and he was great.

They had a few Mercedes I wanted to look at on their website but was on the fence being an hour away but decided to go for it since they had a 4/5 star review. My husband and I got there and there were ZERO parking spots. You could barely pull in there. My husband ended up just parking/blocking other peoples car. We noticed the employees werent very presentable like most dealerships and some were just lighting up and had pants hanging off their butt and everything. But We were helped right away and the guy was really nice however its such madness in their lot, it took the guy 20min to find and bring the car out. When he did, it was making noises their mechanic couldnt even give reasons for. Again, Took another 20min for the guy to bring out a different car which sounded good but everything inside needed replacing and the outside wasnt that great looking. Who buys a luxury car that you cant show off proudly? So by then, we were realizing this place is a joke, were wasting our time, and going to get ripped off if we proceed. Their prices were great and all but you get what you pay for. Ill never go back there nor recommend going there and those who still do, I advise to be careful and THOROUGHLY look over the car.

I financed a car from Dorian at this dealership in December its now June I have had to have the engine replaced, lower arm control bushings replaced, tire rods replaced, tires replaced, due to a tire blow out with my child in the car very scary right? Alternator replaced, Camshaft position sensors replaced, must I go on? Back in April Naveed gave me partial money back for the engine but since then hes been ignoring my calls and the one time he did answer he said he would speak with his boss and I never heard from him again. I dont mean to bash them so bad but ive almost put the cost of the overall car back into it. They dont really care because you bought the cat as is. I was told NOTHING AT ALL was wrong with the car. I even asked for car fax which probably wasnt even accurate because it stated it was a rental car and it had been kept up for years. But as you can see it wasnt at all. For all the new buyers looking for a car please dont waist youre time with them theyre just doing their job. Im sure they dont drive the cars they are selling for this reason. For all the people with bad reviews my dad if filling a compliant and hes calling the BBB. I would leave no stars if I could.
