I bought a 2008 scion tC, cash and they were extremely eager to make the sale, however they were disgustingly unprofessional during unexpected post-sale vehicular malfunctions. A day or 2 following the sale, owner, Roe and salesmen, Rich, proceeded to raise their voices in an effort to avoid fixing the obviously broken pieces (rear struts, bubble on tire, unsealed tire, malfunctioning unlock/lock switch) until they finally admitted to fault and fixed it. Car was fine for the lesser side of 2 weeks until the check engine light came on. I went straight to them with my problem and they quickly dismissed me. As I was leaving the salesmen, Rich came outside and started screaming, trying to instigate a fight. I absolutely advise against using this so called "dealership" to purchase your car. You will find better help under a rock.

I took a look at a beautiful 2007 Bmw 328xi. i just went through a foreclosure and a repossession. I didnt think I had a chance to get approved. But to my surprise I was driving the car the next day. I was in total shock and happier than you could ever imagine. I had a small issue, went back and they took care of it immediately. We agreed on a price and when it came to actually financing said he never said that price which was 2000$ more. Vehicle took a week to be delivered after they told me i can have it in 2 days. So i sold my only vehicle on the second day and they kept pushing the delivery date off. i was car less for 5 days... than the transmission blew up a month later and they refused to pay for it. worst place ever to buy a car... GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP.
