AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I overpaid for my 2004 Lexus ES 330. I was assured it was because the car was in great shape. For what I paid for the car there should not have been anything wrong with it. They did inform me the volume knob on the radio did not work, but that they would replace the radio. They told me the car would be ready Tues. late Mon afternoon I called to comfirm it would be ready next day, they said it would. I took Tues off work. Tues they said it would be ready in a few hours, wasnt ready, then they said 30 mins, wasnt ready, wont be ready til next day. Was told it was at the stereo shop even though I said the radio could wait, I need the car asap. Finally ready around 5pm next day. I find out they signed me up for some $189 extra protection plan they didnt even ask if I wanted. Almost immediately noticed steering is unresponsive, loose, and the front end wanders. Also, the left rear window doesnt roll up/down, and the cig lighter/charging outlet doesnt work, and the radio still doesnt work despite being at stereo shop for over a day. For what I paid NOTHING should have been wrong with it. Also not sure how they didnt notice these things in the "rigorous inspection process". I take it to them a couple days later so they can look at it. Greg Sr comes out and is immediately rude. Goes over to car, shakes wheel, shakes head. We drive a few hundred feet down the road and he says theres nothing wrong with it. I try to further explain problem, he tells me that Toyota/Lexus power steering is really sensitive and responsive. It barely feels like youre turning the wheel, its supposed to be like that. He then pulls into parking lot, gets out, further tries to bs me. I insist there is something wrong and ask "is this how this is going to go?", he says "yup". I say, Ill drive us back, he refuses to allow me to drive my own car and gets in drivers seat. I continue to try and explain the problem, he raises his voice and says theres nothing wrong with it. He then pulls over, gets out, tells me to never come back to his shop, and walks back. I guess this grown man, this supposed professional, could not handle someone calling him out on his bs. A few days later I take my Lexus with the Mark Levinson premium audio system, a $1000 option, to the place they set me up with to replace the radio. They replace my 7" lcd display w/nav, 6 disc cd changer, amplifier, and subwoofer with a cheap, hideous, gaudy, bright, obnoxious, unit that retails for $109.99. The radio is not hooked up to the amplifier, cd changer, or subwoofer. It is cheap and not a comparable replacement. It was also poorly installed and looks terrible. Stay far far away from Trolley Square, And their dishonest, shady, and deceitful business practices especially Greg Sr and Jeff. They are the lowest of the low, they will rip you off. They are liars and theives. Once they have your money they dont want to ever hear from you again. They do not care about their customers or their customers satisfaction.

Horrible Experience! We purchased a vehicle from Greg Jr. Asked for some minor things to be repaired before we took the vehicle. One of the issues was a very squeaky belt. He had it replaced but it was either the wrong size or too tight because after we took it home it continued to squeak and got worse and worse. When I called to inquire about him fixing the issue, he got very rude with me and acted like he didnt want to know anything about the issue. I ended up having it fixed elsewhere. Then 2 months after purchase when my new registration still hadnt showed up I had to call them to ask where it was and was told "DMV has it buried on their desks". I ended up getting a very nice guy at DMV who gave me his direct number, and he followed up with Trolley Square directly. After a few back and forth issues they told him they "found" my paperwork, they had never even filed it! DMV said they should have entered it online while I was at their place buying my new car and printed me a new registration right then and there. I am still waiting for the registration to be fixed, but am confident now that DMV has gotten involved it will finally get handled. I will never recommend them to anyone, my daughter is looking to buy a car and they lost out on another sale!

Went in and spoke to Greg Jr. about an Acura that I wanted to buy for my wife. He was very helpful and friendly and suggested I bring my wife by to see it when she was off of work. Came back with my wife 2 days later and he wasnt in, but Greg Sr. was. Off the bat, Greg Sr. was rude about me waiting 2 days to come back and see the car. We decided to look at the car anyway even though we didnt appreciate his attitude. He didnt answer any questions my wife asked because I had already spoken to his son about it. His words, not mine. Once we looked over the car, I asked about him reducing the price due to some damage in the car and his response was "Have a nice day" and he walked away. Although my wife liked the car, we hated his attitude enough to not give him our business. Maybe things wouldve went differently if Greg Jr. was there. Not sure if he had the attitude because were a same sex couple or because Im black. Could be both, seeing as he was rudely calling me "him" and "sir" even though you can see my bra strap through my tank top. His loss because we had cash in our pockets.

Bought a 2010 Mustang GT . Car was for Export and Dealer confirmed good used condition with no issues. CarFax is fine but car had an heavy accident in the back , poor fixed !! Perfect car for a oversea deal !! They told me that they have no clue about Body work ?! But they call Repair shop ?! ODO has a different about 10.000 mileage . I spent about $4000 to fix the back...., not finish yet . Have to check if axle is damaged also due to noises ?! No concession from the Dealer !! Do not trust words or reports !! Check your car by yourself in this "Repair" shop ...! Fair Deals looks different ...!!! BBB is contacted and I hope they can Support me in this case ?! Thx Trolley ...
