I was extremely dissatisfied with their service. My car was brought here to be fixed for minor damages, it took them a week to get my car into the shop and then a whole month to fix. I kept getting told I would have my car by the end of the week, week after week. At one point, they did not know where my car was when my boyfriend tried calling. Said he wanted to talk to the mechanic, the mechanic didnt have my vehicle and said it was in the body shop, was transferred to the body shop and my car was not there and told him it was with the mechanic and gave him the run around. They told me they would call me to update me on certain days and I ended up having to call them. They said they would have my car all cleaned up which they did wash it and vacuum but when I got in it things were still dirty, they could of at least wiped down the inside. I wouldnt have complained about something as simple as that if so many things didnt go wrong with my experience and service here. Before picking up my car, I was informed I would have to pay out of pocket for a tire not involved in the damage because of the wear and tear on it even though I just bought this car in March and they put brand new tires on my vehicle. My passenger side mirror was knocked off in the accident but was not reported which I understand them not fixing but if they put on a tire that wasnt involved in the accident and charge me out of pocket, why not replace the mirror as well? When I picked up my car I noticed when I returned home there were 2 dents in my trunk that were not there prior to my car going there. I would not recommend service being done here.

ENVISION THIS...... My brother Steve Parsons let me use a new Envision last week on my visit back to my homeland. Ive lived in Montana for 40 years now. My wifes current car is a Subaru Outback that loaded up cost around 33K. Nice car, well built, lots of features, but in comparison is definitely underpowered compared to the Envision. The Envision blows the Subaru away in features and in the simplicity on learning and using them. Quiet? Unreal. We owned a Lexus RH400 (my wife won it) before the Outback and it was noisier than both in road and windnoise. The Envision is silent. You have to listen really hard under acceleration to hear it. No shimmy shudder or shake either. Sure this review is for a brother and is a thank you but it is also to share that me, an expert fault finder, really found no shortcomings in the new Buick. Most patient and honest dealership that I have ever experienced. I bought a new car from here and the overall process was very pleasurable. The experience, people, and service is top notch. Admittedly, I was not an easy customer to deal with but they kept me happy and they remained composed. My salesperson Danica always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Even after the sale was completed they continued to help me in getting to know my vehicle and are still just a phone call away. This just proves to me that the employees here actually care about the customer rather than just making a sale.

So far I am not impressed with the service department. The only person that has done a good job is Lori. She makes sure everything is handled as I requested. This was my third service visit since I have leased the car and she seems to be the only one on the ball when it comes to listening to me as a customer. I feel like the other two gentlemen that I delt with didnt really listen to me or do what should have been done at the time. I would be very happy as a customer to deal with Lori but I wish the others were more customer focused like her.

My husband always brought his perspective car purchases to his mechanic to get them checked first. The first time he brought in a car from Parsons, the mechanic inspected the car and then asked "What do they want for this car" When my husband told him the price, his reaction was: "IF YOU DONT WANT IT, THEN I AM GOING TO BUY IT". Since then, we have purchased five autos from Parsons over the years and enjoy doing business with them. The 27 point service checkup is great, and we have never been disappointed with any of their sales or service.

It was a pleasant surprise to find a dealership which worked out a very satisfactory deal with the only surprise being that the final figure was less than expected. Hope youre trading in a Buick because these guys are clueless about anything else. Offered me 4k less than the KBB and Nada value was on my car, screen open (on their computer and my phone) showing what my car was worth they said "sorry we cant do that". Wouldnt negotiate on the price of the car more than $300 off sticker to accommodate their insulting trade in offer. Wouldnt revisit.
