I recently had the unfortunate experience of having car trouble while traveling to my home in NH to a conference in Springfield MA in my 2013 Volvo SE. I was recommended to Father&Sons Volvo by AAA, and I called them to hopefully service my vehicle so Id be able to get home! I had managed to get myself fairly wound up, and the first woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful and made an appointment for me the next day. Tom, the Service Manager was also so, so very kind and helpful. The man driving the shuttle was timely, polite, and friendly. Luckily, it was not a huge issue with the car, but it was a pretty big deal to me, and I cannot express how thankful I was to come across a business and their employees so dedicated to customer satisfaction. I give this a full five stars!!!

Volvo offered to pay for parts to repair my blown engine at less than 60k miles. Very honorable of Volvo, however the dealership saw an opportunity and they took it. Needing a new head gasket and cylinder to be replaced, I was left with the bill for $4,305.00. Just for the labor. The service associate tried to ease the sting by saying it *should* cost more than twice that, but volvo helped me out with all parts. After looking at the work order, I see that what I was told would be repaired wasnt, but I paid the labor fee for the full repair. I love Volvo and deeply appreciate all the help, however will NEVER bring another vehicle here again.

This is probably the best place for service in the Commonwealth. Ive been servicing my Volvos here for more than a dozen years now and have always been met with courtesy and professionalism. The facility is clean and organized, and the waiting area is also clean and convenient to the service department. The service manager, Tom, is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He explains all the work that has been done and gives an overall view of what items are in need of service, etc. They are also very accommodating with my schedule and offer a service car if needed. Ive not had a bad experience.

Tom OConnor has been a fabulous representative of Fathers & Sons to me since I first met him after I bought my SAAB in 1995. He has always been very professional and courteous to me while needing any service on my SAAB and also on my current Volvo which I purchased in 2014. You should try to have all Service Representatives to be a clone of Tom and youd definitely have a lot of satisfied customers.

I had a very serious damage with my car that had to get repaired by next day. This shop cleared their schedule up and took my vehicle in and did a fantastic job of repairing and restoring it back to 100% in an unbelievable timing! I am a very satisfied customers, thank you guys!!!
